Don’t waste your money with this company! The salespeople at the store were lovely, and the bed itself might have been great if we had ever gotten it, but the company is apparently incapable of delivering what we ordered. First, the delivery date was a full week later than we’d been quoted(already 3 weeks after our order). When it finally came, both the platform and mattress were the wrong size(CA King instead of the King we ordered). The delivery guy jammed it into my king sized bed frame anyway and claimed that not all bed frames fit the platform. It was clearly just the wrong size, and my frame is a regular King frame from Crate & Barrell– it should have fit. It took hours of phone calls to get Sleep Number to agree to bring a new, correct sized bed. I spent another afternoon waiting for them and had to call twice to get a delivery time. Then the same delivery guy shows up, and he has another CA sized platform! We are getting a refund, but the company has offered nothing to compensate for all of my time and frustration. Beware!

02/19/2014 Got my bed today… attempt # 3 worked. Now just missing the correct remote control and pillows I was promised. Ok, I do have to say Chris V from their customer care has been working on making it up. Appreciate his hard work!
