First off, I love KFC(& Taco Bell). I ordered a fairly simple order. BBQ pork sandwich, potato wedges, and a Mtn. Dew Baja Blast. 1. The potato wedges were cold; fine, I still love them. 2. The BBQ pork sandwich was delicious, but I feel it would have been better with the more bread from the top half of the bun(I got two bottoms). 3. The Baja Blast tastes like pure soda water. C’mon guys, pay attention a little more. I won’t be eating here again.

I will never eat at this location again! Not only are the bathrooms disgusting but as I waited at the counter for something I observed a female worker in the back scooping mashed potatoes into smaller containers. As she did this she was getting the food on her bare hands and LICKING it off of her fingers! DISGUSTING! They are very stingy with their sauces and you have to ask for everything you need but after I seen that employee doing that I didn’t want anything from them!

This has got to be some of the worst service I’ve gotten in quite a while. First off they offered a special deal for the day but was not clear that a drink was not included. I would have been ok with that if I at least was offered a drink. Then they forgot my biscuit. I had to request that at the time I had to order my drink after hopping back in the very slow moving line. I probably won’t come back again.

Their customer service sucks. Workers were extremely lazy and looked irritated while taking orders. One of the girls kept turning her back whenever customers were coming back to tell her their order came out wrong.

Worst Service ever. Stood in line behind one couple. After they made their order, I waiteed to make mine, and waited… and waited. Finally left after 15 minutes.

This KFC was my second choice. I went to the one in Burien first, but their grill machine was broken, and classic recipe KFC makes me sick, so that wasn’t going to work. They seemed to be a little understaffed. There was a bit of a wait before we could place our order(even though no one was in front of us). The cashier was very friendly, however, and didn’t seem angry or try to rush us at all when we messed up a couple items in our order. I love KFC grilled chicken! It’s amazing how much flavor they pack into it with seasoning and grilling, and you still get great clean chicken flavor, too. It’s a little greasy, but that’s to be expected at KFC. The potato wedges were cooked fresh(we were told there would be a 5-minute wait because they were out of them) and they tasted great. The biscuits were a little hard and dry on the outside, but still soft on the inside, so not a total sucess there, but still delicious. This location is decent enough to satisfy my once-or-twice-a-year craving for KFC.

This seems to be a KFC that the owners decided to expand into a Taco Bell to increase business. They were pretty slow — quite possibly the slowest Taco bell I have visited. The food was as good as any other location, though; plus, it didn’t upset my stomach(or other digestive areas…) at all. The fault here(besides them being very slow) is that they don’t seem to have the full Taco Bell Menu. Some of my usual items(like cinnamon twists) were absent!

I’ve been here a few times they are really slow. And I seem to never get an itemized receipt so I’m never sure I was charged correctly. If you ask questions about a menu item or what it comes with their answer is hard to understand or they just point to the menu. So to sum it up since it’s the only KFC place nearby I’ll continue going, but if I want Taco Bell I’ll go to the one about a half mile south for better service, and fresher food.

I was in a bit of a bind, so I pulled into the drive-thru here before night work. I wanted tots…“Sorry, we don’t have tots.” (What?! You. Don’t. Have. Tots?! [Anymore]?!) I asked them what potatoe stuff they had; I left with 1 soft taco and 2 «fiesta potatoes»(plain, with none of that fake saucey stuff). They were actually pretty comparable to tots, I thought.
