McDonald’s

Went in to get 4 fish sandwiches on the pick 2 meal deal which should of cost 10 dollars plus tax the girl at the counter tried to charge me like 18 dollars. I said it’s on the mcpick 2 she have me a dumb look then said we are not doing that I said there are signs everywhere even on your till. Walked out went through drive thru and guess what they do have the mcpick 2.

They still can’t get orders right, so be sure to look over your order if you’re using drive through or eat in. I ordered a large Filet-​o-​fish meal (that’s a large fry and large Coke btw) and the woman asked «so large fry with that?» Well yes, a large means just that. I also ordered to Big Macs with no pickles. What happens? They add pickles to my burgers. Wow you guys suck. Also, why is security staff at this place, and why are they constantly going into the food area and touching food? They have no business back in the food prep area. skip this place at all costs! You’ve been warned

Asked for no ice in drink, extra ketchup on burger, and honey mustard sauce. All were screwed up, got Buffalo instead of honey mustard. Will never be back to this location.

This place has the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. It took us 15 minutes to place our order. Oh. And the fries were Terrible! I’m not sure how they messed those up. Awful. Doesn’t corporate McDonalds ever check on their franchises because this location is not good!!!

Food is always served hot and I feel comfortable eating inside. It’s a good environment.

Terrible. I asked for two medium fries, they gave us one. I asked for honey mustard, they gave me habanero ranch. What’s going on in there? No offense, but can’t you read?

Terrible location, always slow and half the time the order is wrong. Currently sitting in 15 minute drive thru line and I’m not even to the mic yet.

I actually can’t believe it? The fries were completely tasteless! Never have I ever not wanted to finish McDonald’s fries but this time I had no desire to whatsoever.
What’s worse than the fries? How about charging me 25c for the bbq I already asked for when placing my order? Very tacky, McDonald’s. Here’s $ 1 for my BBQ sauce, you can keep the change.

What a disappointment! I get it, it’s McDonald’s what more can one expect right? But this was by far the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had! I went through the drive thru. Innocently enough it started by them not having the spicy chicken sandwich anymore which I understand, menus change. I can get over that. I ordered two quarter pounders one with cheese one without. A large order of fries, and a six piece chicken mcnugget. I got home and one quarter pounder didn’t have cheese, the burger buns were cold and stiff, the fries were stale and super cold. The best thing about McDonald’s is their fries! Cmon! Lol anyway we didn’t eat the entire meal. Worst Mickey D’s experience ever. It was around 11pm maybe that had something to do with it? Idk.

Food poisoning. Both me and my two kids. As soon as I can scrape myself off the bathroom floor I’m calling the manager. We won’t be visiting this place again.

After getting in to the area late, I was exhausted and just needed to eat something quickly before I collapsed so I begrudgingly settled on McDonalds drive thru. I’ll be honest, every once in a while, I like a good McDonalds fix but that’s not an option at this location. My cheeseburgers were grossly dry despite having condiments, pickles and cheese on them and my fries were tasteless. I only forced myself to keep eating because I couldn’t fall asleep on an empty stomach. I’d advise avoiding this location at all costs.

If I can get zero star for them I will for sure. Bad service. Go through drive through thinking they can be quick a little bit but what the heck for 12. Minutes wait. Finally after nonstop say hi I get a hold through somebody and the first thing she say was they only accept cash in this hour. I was like dammm why don’t you guy show it on outside that cash only and dammmm who gonna bring cash with them in that 3 am in morning. Not me. Lol. And she don’t even fell sorry for my empty stomach. Anyhow not gonna be back and give money to some one don’t even care about customer like that.

This is place is complete crap! There service is shit, and the lady/​man who works in the morning never puts all my condiments in the bag I ask for and I have been waiting for a response through the mic for the last 10min no response and now I’m stuck in the drive through as I’m writing this review with these dumb asses who haven’t took my order and Im now late for work because these workers are taking there sweet ass time, doing who knows fucking what this place is ridiculous. They don’t even deserve a 1 star for there garbage ass service. Wasting my damn time! Y’all are fast food y’all ain’t fast for shit

It’s a McDonald’s so there’s nothing daring about the menu. However, I like this location because of the play area. In a rainy and cold city, there aren’t a lot of indoor places I can take my kids that are free or inexpensive. I like this place because the area is generally clean, my kids can run around and I can get them a few items that I know they will like. It can get really crowded on the weekends, but if you get here early, it doesn’t sound like a playground nightmare.

Super slow service. Drive thru took TWELVE MINUTES??! Nothing fast about their food. #FAIL

They cant seem to get a simple order correct. Stopped in for a dinner meal to go. Got a club, without cheese. Im lactose intolerance. Got home ate my food. Noticed the cheese after I took a bite.

My wife and I went to this location about two weeks ago. While eating our fries, I felt something odd in my mouth and pulled out a fake fingernail that had broken off someone’s finger at the fry station. I went down with it and one of the managers instantly looked at an employee and then asked me if I wanted them to remake the meal! Seriously?! I just put someone’s nasty fingernail in my mouth and you think I want to eat your food again?
I asked for either Bob or the manager of the store to call me. Over two weeks I have left FIVE messages and finally I got ahold of the manager.
This handling of a bad experience by them was absolutely disgusting!
So beware of fake nails in your fries!
