This location has the worst customer service and they are slow and they got my order wrong. A fast food restaurant means you get your food fast not wait 20 mins in tge drive thru lane when there are only 3 cars ahead of you smdh. Worst service ever!!! When i asked for a reciept she crossed her name out like i couldnt read it but her name was Jessica. Bad customer service and poor work preformance. I hope this review helps all who are reading. It gets 1 stars!

Not my first experience. Order shouldn’t take 15 minutes for something so simple. A milkshake with an empty dining room. And drive thur barely busy. I’d rather take my business elsewhere

Can’t say I’ve had a bad experience at this location. It could be a little bit cleaner. It’s a jack in the box so you know exactly what the menu is if you’ve been to one you been to a mall. I asked for to barbecue sauces and as I went through the drive thru and after I drove away I realized I didn’t have them. The person at the window could have been a little bit nicer and it was hard to hear I’m on the microphone.

Ordered spicy chicken and received fake tasting burger meat with spicy chicken trimmings. Absolutely not chicken. Weird, but too far gone to go back since I hit the drive thru. If I’d wanted a burger I would’ve ordered one and this still would’ve been a weird burger… Jack in the box has always delivered on the fast food expectation until today.

Who doesn’t get the occasional ‘end up here as a last resort’ and/or ‘just because’ for some fast food?
My other job sometimes leads me here for a quick bite. The common culprits are large fries, certain combos’ sandwiches [no mayo] and chicken value sandwiches [no mayo].
Pretty efficient and fast for my time slots and nice enough staff. I’ve only used the drive-thru.
It’s also located next to Juba Restaurant which has awesome food and tea.

+Spacious & ample parking.
+Location off of Pac Highway.
