They must have fired most of those unsanitary employees and hired new staff because it has gotten a tad better than last year.

7:45AM Probably took me about 4 minutes between the time I entered the drive through, ordered, paid, got my food and left the drive through. The drive through employee wasn’t overly friendly, but she wasn’t rude either. The breakfast burrito I got was pretty tasty. A little on the greasy side, but really… what else can I expect from this place? The hash brown I got wasn’t cooked enough. It wasn’t raw, but it wasn’t crispy at all. Overall a good experience for jack in the box. Not an A+ establishment, but it is what it is.

This jack in the box has the absolute worst service. It took 20 min for two cars ahead of me to get through. With such slow service, one would think there is no absolute way they could mess the order up, yep you guessed it, they fucked it up once again. I’ve been here 3 – 4 times in the last 6 months and every single time they mess up the order. It’s funny how they mess it up by shorting me, whether it’s something in my order they totally forgot, or adding cheese, being charged for it but not receiving it. I’m not sure if the people working there are incompetent or what… To think that these are some of the people fighting for $ 15 bucks an hour yet you can’t get an order correct. If you think it’s tough out in the real world, working for jack in the box, you have some harsh realities ahead of ya. $ 8 an hour is probably too generous, when you cannot get an order correct. Out in the real world, we lose our jobs if we cannot do the basics of our job.

I went there this morning for the first time and thought I’d grab a sour dough burger w/o bacon and cheese. Oh my gosh! I think they fried it in a 5 gallon bucket! Of lard!!! My insides are sliding around inside my insides… I took one bite. Threw the rest out and it look like it was keeping up with the car lol! Never again… I see why they call them jack in the crack!

I love the food at jack in the box. Unfortunately, it’s so bad for you. Lol. Even so, when I order a meal; even fast food; I expect a certain level of freshness. I ordered chicken sandwhich, and got everything else semi fresh. Bacon a lil bit dry and burnt. The chicken was horrible. Breaded chicken should be done fresh. Mine was dry and semi soggy. Surprisingly the fries were actually fresh. They need to work on getting the food out at a more fresh level. They are fast and friendly. But not as fresh as should be.

This place needs to fire everyone. The first time I came here they forgot half of my order. The second time my burger tasted like it had been out for a day or two. The third time I payed for a large drink they gave me a small and said I hadn’t paid for the large and when I asked for my money back they said they couldn’t so I asked for a manager and they said no one was there. Then I asked for sauce I got none. The worst customer service I’ve ever had.

The quality of Jack in the Box keeps declining as time goes on. I don’t understand. This chain has the worst customer service and quality out of any other fast food restaurant, which is unfortunate, because I like that they have a variety of menu items and taste pretty good. Maybe it’s just in Washington, or whoever manages them in this area. Every time I go here now they mess up somehow. I always make sure to double check my bag for everything I ordered because they will always forget something. The lady working here for the night shift really did not care about her job(which I can understand but you should still do it right). She was giving attitude and telling us she was sure she got everything in there, which she did, but we got our burgers with rock hard buns and patties, old fries, and over fried tacos with oil painting the bag. Isn’t their slogan«we don’t make it til you order it»? This may be a fast food restaurant, but that doesn’t mean you should serve inedible food or things that could make your customers sick.

Went through the Drive Thru 5−18−15 at 4:45 pm in a hurry today. Ordered very fast, my order came up fast, less than 5 minutes, and tasted good, for fast food. Super friendly gal that took my order. Asked all the right questions ie: did I need sauces, how many, did I need a spoon for my shake. Food was hot and accurate.

About 90% of the time I get lunch here, they get my order wrong. The only reason I come back here is because it’s closer to work. Their is another one about the same distance, but it’s south of work and since they reduced Interurban Ave to one lane both ways, it takes longer for me to get to that other location. Either way, I’m done coming here. Today I ordered wanted to try 2 orders of the Monster Tacos(Bacon & Ranch and Nacho). What I got was 1 Bacon & Ranch and 3 Regular Monster Tacos. I commented a couple times in the past through the website about my orders being screwed up. Nothing has changed. I understand we all make mistakes, but I go through this almost every time. This just cannot be a coincidence. Not to mention, a lot of the employees there don’t seem to be liking their jobs. That’s understandable too, but they should not be taking it out on customers. They need to get it straight over there.

WTF! «Their 10% Military Discount is on Drinks Only” — Store Policy. Who’s going to order $ 10.00 worth of drinks in order to get a discount. Must be Totally Anti-Military Owners or Afghan Rebels! Never going there again. Hope other Armed Forces don’t either!

Well I’m here to break up the monotony of bad reviews. a little. I agree most of the workers seem like there in a bad mood and I do have to wait along time for my food but theres one girl wo works there who is friendly and upbeat. Her name is Aubrey. I give it 2 stars because of her.

went to the Tukwila Jack in the Box on 14December in the early evening, everyone ordered hamburgers except me, I ordered the Chicken teriyaki bowl. within a few hours I was deathly ill and it lasted several days. everyone else was fine. Maybe burgers are ok there, but I would stay away from some of the other items… believe me you dont want what I had. No fast food for me. I called the location and advised.

I go to this place cause it right next to my work. Bad customer service! Employees talking on their cell phones while taking orders. One time, they forgot to make my food and I’ve been waiting for a while. Wasted my lunch break. Def. one of the worse JITB location.

I can’t believe how many times I go to this Jack in the Box, just because of it’s convenient location. I normally don’t mind the wait but this visit was by far the worst! Since my boyfriend and I were cutting short on time getting home to my daughter, we went to the drive-thru. Okay, only about 4 cars ahead of us. After we made our order, we were stuck in line waiting for a good 20 minutes!!! Once we got to the window to pay, the cashier politely apologizes for the long wait. We leave and saw about 10 cars behind us and maybe 3 customers inside. Here comes the worst part; when we got home, my boyfriend for some odd reason decided to open his large cup of Sprite before taking a sip of it out of the straw. Lucky thing he did! We found huge, I mean HUGE pieces of lint floating around in the large cup of Sprite! We have never had problems with this Jack in the Box before and never felt more disgusted. Of course we had to check the rest of our food out. All clear. If we hasn’t ordered a Sprite, I’m sure we would’ve drank those pieces of lint right up, because they wouldn’t have been visible. We won’t be giving our business to this Jack in the Box anymore. Lag time of service sucked and the cleanliness of our food ought to be inspected by the health department.

I have to agree with the other reviewers. It’s a jack in the Box — so it has that going for it. But that’s about it. I get the felling that everyone there is from the same large extended family. Either that or they are there to launder monies for a drug cartel. Every one of my visits has had something go wrong. 20+ min wait for my order, missing items from my order, or getting my order completely wrong.

The people that work here probably hate their jobs, and I don’t blame them, but it’s one of the worst JITB locations in the area in terms of execution and wait time. It’s good for cheap food though. The fatties at the office seem to love this place, I see them carrying JITB bags for breakfast and lunch and it reminds me of the episode of The Office where they are trying to collectively lose weight. Makes me laugh, but I bet it makes Jack smile all the way to the bank.

I have never waited less than 25 minutres(even at 1 in the morning). I think my order has only been 100% right about half of the time as well.
