Pizza Studio

It was 2 years ago when I first had their Pizza in Los Angeles. It was so amazing that I was drooling over it for a month even after I returned to India.
Yesterday I was at Regal Cinema to watch a movie and wanted to grab dinner before I went in. I was surprised when Pizza Studio was on the listings on Unilocal.Without any second thoughts my wife and I rushed to the place.
The décor was very similar to the one in LA and it was very nice. Although being a fan of Pizza Studio, I noticed a few things about this place that only made me give 3 stars.
Firstly, the lady making my pizza had zero experience making the base. I could clearly see that. She was struggling so much and the base she made was very thin at some places and very thick in others. Absolutely no consistency.
Secondly, they had a hard time listening, don’t know what the reason was but they couldn’t hear what I was saying and I had to literally repeat my self thrice.
Thirdly, there was this guy at the billing who wouldn’t tell the customers about registering for their loyalty program. Pizza Studio offers about 1point for every dollar spent and on 100 points one could get a free pizza. This guy didn’t even tell me about it and I too forgot about it. When I asked him to enter my details later because I already had points with Pizza Studio, he was reluctant saying he couldn’t do it and we had to make another purchase. When my wife pointed out that it was possible to still add and she got points added similarly before he bluntly said he was busy when there was literally just one other guy.
The 3 stars I gave were solely for the pizza and ingredients. No matter what kind of pizza you make it always turns out to be awesome. The tastes of the pizza is amazing and their toppings are very premium too. I love this place and I would definitely go back and I hope they have a few experienced people making the pizza next time.

I decided to give this place a shot on Pi Day. All pizzas were only $ 3.14 all day long so I figured that would be the best time to try a new place. I’m glad I did because the pizza here is great!
Normal price is $ 7.99/pizza with unlimited toppings and customization. I tried the Chicken Alfredo and The Beast (meat lovers). The Chicken Alfredo comes with garlic so it reminded me of the Chicken Garlic Supreme at Round Table.
For The Beast, I substituted the tomato sauce with pesto and it was delicious. Pretty greasy on the bottom but oh so good.
After only one visit, I’m already feeling like this place is better than MOD. Definitely coming back here soon!

Tried it today and it was actually really good! The prices are great, but the real star of the show is the pizza. Nice thin crispy crust, lots of great toppings to choose from. Much more variety than most pizza places. I got broccoli, artichoke hearts, zucchini, mushrooms and bacon. Yum yum yum. The hubs got like 4 different kinds of meat on his. The size that they offer is a good size, enough to fill you up but not make you feel like a total glutton. The restaurant itself was ridiculously clean with nice décor. We really liked the light fixtures. They had several clean high chairs which is a must-​have for us.
Overall really great experience, glad to go back again soon!

I’ve only eaten one pizza here so far but it was amazing! It cooks fast and I love that I can put whatever I want on it! They are a great price and have a friendly staff. I highly recommend this to anyone on a time crunch for lunch or even a quick stop for dinner to go!

1^st time here, so I went a little conservative on my order. Simple pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and a little Ham. Loved it. Perfectly done on the crust and melted cheese. I’ll be back and try it again.

Great pizza and great customer service! The crust was jus the right amount of crisp and the ingredients are very fresh.

I had a craving for pizza after a workout and remembered that this place opened up not too long ago. We went around 8:00 PM and there was only one other customer. The workers were really tentative and answered any questions I had.
My bf and I decided to share a pizza and I loved that we can pick as many toppings as we wanted for a set price. We got the rosemary crust, with tomato sauce, mushrooms, bacon, ham, and pepperoni. Omg, I did not expect it this to be that good! You could smell the rosemary crust and all the meats on the pizza as the worker delivered our pizza to our table. The crust is more on the thin side, but not like where if you leave it to cool the crust will turn into a cracker like MOD. It was just right! If you like your pizza dough with more height, then this isn’t for you.
Overall, I was definitely surprised how well made it was and we will for sure come back another day, just to mention, they close at 10:00 PM. They have their pie $ 3.14 special on 3÷14÷16 coming up!

I have mixed feelings about this place. In short: the pizza was quite good, but the service was really bad.
The SO and I decided to try some of their premade creations instead of making our own — the garden and the vegan. I had to explain twice to the service rep. that I didn’t want a custom pizza, I wanted both of them made as it was listed on the menu. Either this is an unusual request or he’s new because he was very confused and he didn’t handle it very well. The first one he used the wrong crust and added additional toppings. The second was made to specifications… thanks to his coworker stepping in.
Both pizzas were quite good. They were evenly cooked and had some great flavors. Definitely loving the idea of truffle salt! The whole no beer thing kind of bummed me out. I mean, come on! Pizza and beer… they’re made for each other!
I’d be willing to try them again, but they’re not at the top of the list, and next time I’ll be getting it to go.

Really good pizza. You get to let your creativeness run wild. I can’t wait to come back and try something new. Staff were super friendly and fast. Longer than 2 minutes but who cares… It was great food.

Love Pizza Studio! The prices are quite reasonable considering the fact you have a choice of unlimited toppings. I really enjoy the taste and I’m always in and out very quickly. So that’s another plus!
Only negative is that it’s hard to hear the employees! Other then that definitely recommend Pizza Studio.

Pizza was really good. Service was pretty quick if you know what you want. Unlimited toppings and they aren’t stingy! And your choice of dough. All at a great price of $ 7.99. The restaurant is clean, overall reminds me of chipotle but for pizza. I’m satisfied and will come back.

It’s really loud when ordering but the pizza is awesome with unlimited toppings. Customer service is above average for a fast food place.

Tried it for the first time today, and I’m sorry to say to MOD Pizza that I’ve found a new love. The selection of crusts are great. The variety of topping and sauces are even better. For only $ 8 a pizza with unlimited toppings, I’m sold. I’m so glad this is so close to me. I’m not glad about how often I’ll crave it though. Good new spot worth a try and many repeated visits to come.

Considering the fact that I work next door, you could pretty much say that I’m a regular here. The staff always is always friendly and always greets me as I’m walking in the door with a: «Hello, how’s your day going?» or something along those lines. The pizza is okay quality, but what can you expect from pizza that cooks in roughly 2 minutes?
Just a random tip: The firecracker pizza crust is so delicious! I get it every time I go.

The pizza here was great. It cooks very fast (in two minutes) and you can create your own so there really is only a small chance of you not liking it. They were a little slow at preparing the pizza, but being that it’s a new restaurant, they probably just need to get in the swing of things.

Came here today because I’ve been dying to try it out and it was really good! I just love how you can customize everything! Every place should be like this! Lol. My only negative was the guy who was putting toppings on my pizza didn’t offer me any of the extras to put in too (like sauces & seasonings) after he was done he just put it straight in the oven. I also asked for spinach but he didn’t want to put it on before the oven because it would burn some was supposed to put it on after, but forgot. Other then that it was a really good pizza and I’ll be back to try different combinations next time.

I believe it’s better then mod pizza! It’s light weight and delicious! I Will definitely return and tell all my friends!

I like how the crust is thicker and customizable with different flavors, but MOD still has more variety in toppings, drinks, and other menu options. The pizza was good, just not the customer service. I swear you have to like scream through the class window in order for the workers to hear you! Hopefully the workers will get it together soon, then maybe this place deserves 4 stars.

Super ecstatic over the unlimited and abundant choices of veggies! Was extremely pleased, especially as a vegan. They have vegan cheese and a lot of dough choices that are vegan. The gluten-​free one is not though. It was super fast and the people were friendly. I’m definitely coming back. Good prices though I got mine for free today

Just experienced Pizza Studio for the 1^st time. OMG DELICIOUS is all I can say! Unlimited toppings, amazing crusts, sauces, finishing sauces and more. Talk about a true pizza heaven!
Waking in you are greeted with a beautiful space with one wall dedicated to local artists selling their work (adds gorgeous character!) and beautiful floors and décor.
Wait staff is wonderful helping you choose everything you want and the best part… it’s all ready in two minutes! And let me tell you… pizza is cooked to absolute perfection!
Trust me when I say you need to try this place and eat here. You won’t be disappointed!
