Sansaco Furniture

Very disappointing experience shopping with them and given the many other furniture store options available in the Southcenter area, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere. We received damaged furniture from them that they failed to inspect (the damage was obvious to the common eye) and they required us to rent another truck to return it at our own expense. These guys come off nice during the sale but expect nothing afterwards.

Do yourself a favor and never go to this store. I’ve never experienced customer service so terrible at any type of place in my life. They will sell you faulty product and do nothing to help you out to make what’s their wrong into your mild satisfaction. Totally unprofessional on many levels. There are so many other furniture stores out there that would have made my issue correct. It would be an insult to «used car salesmen» to call them such. I’d give negative stars if I could.

So disappointed in the service! We ordered a sofa and ottoman back in August (it’s the beginning of December now). We got the sofa damaged a few weeks later. Since then they have had the large damaged section of our sofa and the ottoman at their location. They never contact us or tell us what is going on. We have to call them regularly to ask if the repair has been completed. The staff is rude and no one ever knows what’s going on. At this point we spent a lot of money on furniture we still don’t have. The furniture itself seems great but I can’t say that for sure as we still don’t have all of it. Hopefully we can either get the parts this year or get our money back. I do not recommend anyone shop here at this point because in the case of a problem they do not stand by their service or take care of their customers.

We went to buy a recliner rocking chair. They have great prices and a huge selection. It’s all good furniture, so don’t expect Ikea type quality.
The chair we bought was 300, online it’s 650 everywhere, and it’s perfect, no one has used it, it’s not a return.
Be aware you can not return anything you buy there, but you still have the warranty from the manufacturer.

Great selection, we found many things we would like to purchase. We bought a large grayish brown coffee table today, awesome price & quality. Took home in the box, assembled and then flipped table over to find that the corner was smashed in on one end. We brought the table back and they let us take the floor model home at our request! We didn’t want to risk the next boxed one being damaged as well. The staff was friendly, fast and very helpful. We will be back again. Thank you Tukwila staff!

No sales people on commission. No pushy behavior
Good selection. They kind of have the best of all price range from among all the stores in that area. (Except IKEA :))
They don’t do delivery. However they do hook you up with a 130 $/​hour service
The dining table that we bought came as a package so I opted to put it in the trunk of my car. So no charges. But it was a little big for my trunk so they unpacked it for me and tried to patiently fit it in the car

We have purchased a few items directly from sansaco’s warehouse and have been happy with the quality and price of those items. After looking at all the furniture stores in the Southcenter area, we recently ordered a custom sectional from sansaco. The gentleman that helped us with our order was knowledgable and helpful. He informed us that it would take about a month for the sectional to arrive.
It had been just over a month and we hadn’t heard anything. My husband called and spoke with a woman who was courteous and helpful; she said it was due to arrive either that day or the next. It was ready the next day and was just what we ordered. We love it!
Sansaco does not deliver, but they have some moving companies they recommend. The new showroom is much better than the previous location across the parking lot, brighter and more space. We’ve never had any bad experiences shopping at sansaco. Check them out!

Great selection — was comparable in size to the other wholesale/​discount/​super liquidator cost less furniture stores in the area without (here’s the kicker) pushy salespeople! Sometimes I just want to think to myself to talk to my partner without «the best part is…» chimed in. Sansaco does a great job of leaving you alone to browse, but being eager to help when necessary. Definitely appreciate that. Ended up with a super awesome couch for what we felt was an insane value. Rad!

I like this place a lot. However there is a lady, Daisy, who works there and she is so beyond rude. I called to informed them I was going to pick up the sectional I purchased but she started to yell at me saying I do not have the invoice and I didn’t pay for it… when I did pay for it 4 days ago. Then she called me back after she hung up with me and finally she found my paperwork… I have never been yelled at before for wanting to pick up something I paid for. She is so rude and she takes it out of her customer and she hung up the phone saying i am wasting her time when I try to provide my card information so it will be easier for her to find me…
If you are going there for your furinture, I would only have Steve or the other guys to help you. Because they are awesome. Stay away and Don’t work with the crazy old lady name Daisy.

I’ve been having a horrible experience with Sansaco. First time buying a custom couch and have had to call them four times for an update (it’s been 8 weeks since we placed the order and it was supposed to arrive in 4 – 6), at each call they had no info and told me they would call me back with an update. First two times they never called me back, on the third third request, they called me with inaccurate information. On the fourth request, they called me back but without actual factual info, only assumptions on when my couch will arrive. I also just now received another call where he didn’t have an update at all. He just called because he was told to call me. Also one lady on the phone who I had the unfortunate luck of talking to twice was rude and unprofessional. She would constantly cut me off and make excuses rather than get straight to heart of the matter. They are very incompetent. Even at the start when we placed the order, the guy we were working with had a hard time understanding what we wanted. He had to re-​write our order twice and we had to repeat ourselves several times. I’m never ordering through them again, don’t even want to step foot in their store. This has been such a disappointing experience.

We went in on a Tuesday looking for a sofa. There were no high-​pressure salespeople, but friendly help when we asked questions.
After drilling the salesperson, Steve, we ended up ordering a Stanton sofa (made in Oregon!) in a custom color, a deep red. For under $ 900 out the door and a lifetime warranty, we were happy with our choice. With our order underway, we had to choose coordinating throw pillows. Looking through all the swatches, we finally found the perfect fabric. Then we find out that fabric was discontinued. Steve apologized and mentioned he would do his best to track down the fabric anyway. I was disappointed, but still knew we were getting a good deal.
About 3 weeks later, we went to pick up our couch. He came through with the pillows! We could not be happier with our purchase. I think this will be our first of many Sansaco purchases.

We haven’t bought anything YET, so I can’t speak to the purchasing process, but we visited ⁴⁄₅ furniture stores on Saturday and Sansaco was the only one that had more than a few pieces that we would actually put in our new home. The prices were pretty great; you can find couch/​loveseat sets for less than $ 1k, and they look good. The quality varied, but most of the pieces looked fine. They had an assortment of older styles and more modern styles.
When we did have a question about whether a few pieces came in other colors/​fabrics, a gentleman helped us quickly and gave us alternative pieces that were similar when the pieces we liked didn’t come in other colors/​fabrics. We’ll be back in a few weeks when we’re ready to buy!

Finally made a point to stop by this place after a friend suggested it. They have recently moved into a new showroom and we were very impressed. It was nice to leisurely look at everything without pushy salespeople. We like Mor but it’s like a shark attack. These guys popped over from time to time to check in but no pressure. The selection and prices were great and they have a lot of variety and even had some new industrial and refurbished pieces. We will definitely go again!

We bought a queen platform bed and two bedside tables about six months ago. We had a great experience. They didn’t have quite what I wanted — almost but not exactly — but we were able to order it. I think it only took a few weeks to arrive, faster than other stores. We used the delivery company whose business card is in the store. They were prompt, communicative, and put everything together carefully. They even took away the recycling.
The furniture is holding up very well.

Okay place if you have your own form of deliver… Went to a place that had free delivery and had better quality. It’s a nice place if you have your own truck !

I furnished my entire home from this place. Family owned and great place to find most anything.

Cheaper prices overall, but the sofa designs were old fashioned. Lots furniture though.

Ikea-​esque prices without the Ikea-​esque lack of quality.
It’s quite hidden, so you have to keep your eyes out for it. Once you’re there, you’ll find yourself in a dimly lit warehouse that is completely full of furniture. The selection ranges from cheap (but decent quality) to quite expensive. I wanted a fairly inexpensive queen bedroom set and got a nice one of decent quality for $ 600 or so. That included a bed frame (no mattress or box spring, of course), two dressers (one with a mirror), and two night stands.
A lot of the stuff they have immediately available in a nearby warehouse. They can also order in furniture from massive catalogs. All at prices that seem fairly reasonable. They can even get Ashley Furniture cheaper than the branded stores can, oddly enough.
They don’t do delivery of any sort, so I found a random dude on Craigslist who charged something like $ 50 to deliver to Capitol Hill. This setup was odd, but perfectly acceptable.
The staff was fairly friendly, though they mostly hid in the center of the building in their office space.
Highly recommended.

Tucked behind most of the large furniture stores, we were definitely very leery about entering the warehouse, particularly since there’s no windows and it’s a dimly lit warehouse. Nevertheless, they have a great selection, good prices, and you can tell the salespeople don’t work on commission (or if they do, I couldn’t tell).
They talked us through some different options, which was helpful. They don’t deliver, but referred us to some great movers for pretty much the same price.
