This taco time continues to have rude and forgetful staff! I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but after 5 times forgetting the SAME item all the time!!! My name shouldn’t be in your incident log 5 times for this Taco Time to be forgetting the same item and always trying to smooth things over with a coupon! and on top of that, I went in through the drive through tonight, placed my order and while I was ordering, «Malik» who was on the intercom had a lot of smart remarks about me and my order… And was rushing me for no reason when I was the only customer in the drive through and no one was even in the store. This store needs to get it together. They are very unprofessional, forgetful, rude, and if they don’t like their job, they shouldn’t be working in this industry! Its unacceptable to continue this behavior in this industry!

Got a chicken Caesar wrap and now I’m throwing up all into the next night. I will never return and I will make sure no one I know returns. I’ll be buying their lunch and taking them SOMEWHEREELSE.

I eat here way too often. It’s cheap, the service is REALLY fast, and the staff is friendly. I tend to go for a #9. Only issues are: sometimes the bleachwater they use smells pretty bad, and the Wifi doesn’t work 90% of the time

Traveling with my truck driver b. f and we stopped here for the first time. We expected mediocre food but it was actually surprising how good the food was. We ordered a wet burrito and an enchilada plate with mexi fries(tater tots). Good portions, hot and tasty food. What seemed to be the manager or a higher up didn’t seem to happy to be here but will definitely still come back.

I’m in town for work and by default I ended up here as its one of the only places with a drive thru. The tator tots were pretty good I’ll give them that but everything else I’ll pass. The service was friendly and fast. But maybe they should slow it down because my burrito was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted considering I was eating it less than 5 minutes later. Also if they spent less on the over sized bag I got(I ordered a combo beef burrito w/taters) the bag could have held 30 tacos. The wrapper for the burrito was like 20 ply or at least as thick as the paper bag. Then they might be able to buy fresher ingredients. The beef was dried out and had zero flavor. If this is food in Washington I can’t wait to go back to So Cal at the end of the week.

Food is okay. HORRIBLY over priced menu. $ 4 for a soft taco? Come on now. Employees seem nice and friendly but wait time is absurd. Never have I waited less than 15 minutes in the drive through with 2 or fewer people in line. Step it up Taco Time.

Dropped by while doing retail therapy today. Gal that worked the window listened to me, got the order right, repeated it back at the window & gave me a receipt without me having to ask. Chicken burrito was really good. Fresh ingredients and made to order.

Hey hey it’s Taco Time coming at you overpriced & just as mediocre as ever. I came here once. Ordered a massive burrito, it came with way too salty tater tots, & a drink. All for about $ 11! If you want real Mexican food, go to one with a real Mexican name, & that has real Mexican taste. The service is slow here & the food ain’t worth the wait. Pass if you’re smart. +Burritos +Location –Slow Drive-Thru service 10 min wait usually. –Overpriced food. –Lack of quality of the food.

Yes, this place has grown on me. Especially the beef Baja tacos and mexi tots. And fresh hot sauce. They even have Sprite Zero!!! I haven’t tried anything else on the menu, i kind of stick to what i know, but im happy with their fresh and cheeseless options(being lactose sucks but hey, that’s a few calories less consumed). Also, the lady at the drive thru was super nice, she asked how many containers of fresh hot sauce i wanted and naturally, i would’ve said ten but i decided to not look like a sauce whore and opted for four. Wish granted. And a handful of ketchup. Wish granted again. Good job, Taco Time. You have a happy customer.

Twenty bucks for all of the above would be great if it tasted better. The salad tasted artificial, especially the lettuce and cabbage. I know, it’s a fast food joint… what did I expect? I was desperate though, I didn’t know the area and was starving. The chicken chili and the nachos weren’t too bad though.

I have loved TacoTime for many years, I remember enjoying the Crisp Beef burrito as a child and it’s still just as good today, in fact it’s my favorite. I don’t go here all that often as it’s a bit expensive but I have never been disappointed in this particular restaurant for sure. The food is always hot, good flavor and when I dine inside, it’s clean and inviting. Very few fast food places serve you food on actual plates! While the crisp burrito and hot sauce is my TacoTime staple, I tried the Big Time Mexi-Burrito with Chicken. I was impressed with the flavor overall. The SantaFe dressing made the whole thing! The chicken had good flavor and I love the Mexi-Fries inside. Highly recommend if your hungry!

Food is fresh and good as you expect. Service was good but the drive thru was backed up. The location is tough as the drive thru dumps you out into the line that is trying to get out of the parking lot. So, you wait in line awhile just to get through the drive thru.

Rollerblades haha that’s funny. First time I ever saw that on a fast food door. I had a good lunch here.

Man, this place is a microcosm of America in decline! Ack! Went in, looked at all those nice professional pictures of burritos and tacos and all that chicken and meat — yum! Ordered the food — pricey Ameri-Mexican food — and sat down and waited for the feast to begin. Wrong. Mexi-fries are«Tater Tots» — and greasy Tater Tots besides. Yuck! I ordered a beef burrito — with apologies to Hank Hill, «I’ll tell you what, the only thing beef about it was that it had some beef flavor in the bean paste.» And it was a thin layer of bean paste at that — the gourmet tortilla was basically a lettuce wrap with some grated cheese and that quick swipe of bean paste — and for that I paid six dollars(plus tax)?!? Even the drinks were weak — going light on the syrup. The people who work at the restaurant look a lot like they used to be project managers or something — they’re WAY too upscale for this place. The economy is THAT bad — that former office workers have to serve overpriced fast food that skimps on the ingredients? Argh! Maybe it’s the owners of this particular location — it IS a chain. Maybe the rest of the franchises actually use beef in their beef burritos, and this one is just the bad apple. I don’t know, but unless you are at Home Depot and walking, and cannot stand to go up the road to one of the real restaurants within walking distance, I suggest that you avoid this location. I watched — with mixed emotions — as an employee emptied the contents of partially filled plastic garbage bags … into other garbage bags, then REPLACED the used, now empty, plastic garbage bags back into the garbage receptacles. Frugal, maybe. Cheap? Definitely. If times are that bad that they have to conserve on the plastic garbage bags, then I suspect that you can short the stock for Taco Time and make a killing. Truly sad — and I thought Taco Bell was the bottom of the barrel for Ameri-Mexican fast food. Apparently not. Drive by and wave — it will be gone soon.

An alright small location. The food was prepared very quickly. The mexi fries were a bit too greasy for me.

being this was my first time at a taco time establishment and i am vegetarian, i had questions. i prepared myself by perusing the menu online ahead of time, but when i arrived i saw there were other options. the man who helped me was very patient and friendly and answered all of my questions. the food was fine — it’s fast food, what more can i say? it’s good to know there is a fast food establishment where i can get quick eats, or when i’m just in the darn mood(usually only after drinking or a long trip).

I miss Taco Time. For fast food, you can’t beat it — this is my favorite fast food. Keep in mind, I’m not a big burger person. If you want to stay on the cheap side, stick w/the crispy tacos. I’m a fan of the crisp meat burrito and natural soft tacos myself. What can I say? I’m having cravings all the way from California…
