It has been a while since I have written a review here on Unilocal.Usually it is human nature to complain about a restaurant whenever one writes a review. I was at this Panda Express last week with my parents and my 1 year old son. There wasn’t a long line but I noticed that a lot of the food was gone. I noticed that the older Asian lady behind the counter was being extra helpful to this customer, I assumed they were related. I on the other hand was getting grumpier by the minute because my order still hasn’t been served.
Why the 5 stars? Because that same lady apologized continuously, for something that was not her fault, she upgraded our meal and came back again to bring us a freshly cooked entrée because she felt like the one that we had wasn’t enough. It was then I realized that she wasn’t related to the customer earlier. The food was good, the staff was friendly. I will be coming back :)

Oh man this location is HORRIBLE! Came on a Friday night, there were only three workers, practically nothing was already cooked and the restaurant was disgusting. We walked out and will never return to this location again!

The establishment is cold and the food is cold, but at least the staff is friendly. If you want Panda Express, I recommend that you just go to the one inside Southcenter.

Good food overall. This particular location is pretty busy. Seems like every time I go the selections are low if not gone all together. They will make more if you have time to wait.
This spot is easy to overlook since it sits in the back corner and there are other restaurants there as well.

You know when you have a craving and something can satisfy it right in front of you, then it doesn’t do the job? That was this experience. I SO wanted Chinese food and boom, there was a Panda Express. Yes, I know it is fast food Chinese but still.
The restaurant itself was clean, well stocked, nice people working there. I ordered the green bean chicken and the orange chicken with fried rice. My girlfriend ordered the mushroom chicken with rice. All the chicken was really good. The issue was the rice.
It was so overcooked it was like eating pebbles. You could tell there was no quality control and no one tasted it. I will admit, I didn’t say anything at the time. Why not? It’s not like my fries were cold and they can get me some fresh ones. By time they made fresh rice, I would have been done and gone.

Eaten here quite a few times, food is always fresh and service is always fast.
The only drawback to this place is the parking. Lot is quite a distance from the door and space is not plentiful.

Decent fast food Chinese. If you’ve been to one Panda Express then you’ll have a good idea about what this place is all about. I give this place 4 stars because it certainly helps my fix for Chinese food. Definitely better than most Chinese fast food places.
PARKING: Strip mall, can be a nuisance.
SERVICE: Always good and quick.
AMBIENCE: Fast food Chinese food chain restaurant.
FOOD: Fast food Chinese food chain restaurant. Better than most places.

Tastes the same as every other Panda Express. The people here are sweet and the bathrooms are always decently clean. There’s rarely a line unless it’s around lunch time, which is nice! :]

The chow mein was okay and the orange chicken was great, but the mandarin chicken was disgusting! It tasted like rubber with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce poured over it
