Try their new Juices! They juice those veggies right in front of you. They have a fancy looking juicer too. I believe it’s worth it, especially to those who juice at home knowing how long the process takes to cut veggies and clean after yourself. Great idea Jamba Juice.

I was at Five Guys for lunch today and saw Jamba Juice was 2 doors down and I was craving it so I thought why not just get one?
Anyway, the customer service was not all that great. The employees were rude and sounded like they just 1. Didn’t like you or 2. Didn’t want to be at work or 3. Had a bad day
It’s a little frustrating when they don’t even greet you when you are at the register. Rather, they stare at you and just wait until you say what you want.
The only pro I would say is the drink came out in a reasonable time and the drink was well made. Most places make it a little liquidity but this place made it perfect, so I’ll give them that.
But definitely will not return to this location due to their lack of customer service.

My always to go to store for Jamba Juice. I would rather go here than to the one at the mall since it’s less crowed. Staffs are always welcoming and orders are made just how I like them.

Busy little Jamba Juice! Great location on Southcenter Parkway — you can see it so easily, but hard to find if you are in the parking lot.
It really is small. Maybe two tables inside, three outside. Not much room to stand. Very clean inside.
Today we came in and just happened to barely beat the rush. About 15 people came in right when we were ordering (the line was out the door) and the staff handled it very well and got all of the drinks out quickly. The staff seems to communicate very well, and they work really well together as a team! I went with my typical Caribbean Passion, it was delicious!
Will definitely be back when I am in the area shopping :)

I have come here 3 separate times and they are always out of oranges or carrots. This is ridiculous! I can never order my favorite drinks when they are constantly out of ingredients.

This place was so busy today, that being said Benny was attentive and nice and helpful! He showed us the underground flavors list, and even recommended those drinks he made up or were his favorite. He was working as fast as he could even if he was the only employee. Another came in after some time, good thing too. Now there were 3 people behind the 4 in our group.
–2 stars for the horrible bathroom. Lots of towels on the floor. One half roll of toilet paper. No liners and soap dripping on the floor. It was terrible.
The juices were good though. Always are.

I’ve been coming here for quite a while I love this place. The only concern I have is the wait time between making drinks. Other then that no complaints the staff is at always friendly.

I asked for a fresh squeezed orange juice they give me one made from powder. I have noticed a difference in the taste and some uneven color patches on the floating foam. Also there is no orange pulp inside. It has never happened in other Jamba Juice stores that I have been to.

It was pretty busy when I came in and only one employee working. He took care of our drinks fast and efficiently! I could see how fast he was working and one customer gave him a hard time. He apologized and made his drinks for him right away. The employee’s name was Louie!!!

I showed the staff the Groupon I had and was told I could only order the «fresh squeezed juices». My kids picked from the juice menu, which was not what they really wanted. While I was waiting, I read the fine print on the offer. We could have ordered a medium fruit-​veggie smoothie. When I asked the staff, she said «I thought you knew.» Really? Instead of making them redo the whole order of 3 drinks, I just asked for one smoothie. Lousy service and long wait. Not the finest Jamba Juice experience.

Stopped in to grab some breakfast. It took the staff quite awhile to acknowledge me and even longer to make my acai super-​antioxidant smoothie. When I finally received my smoothie it was too thick to even sip through the straw — they could have just given me whole fruit in a cup and it would have been the same thing.
Although the staff moved at a snails pace, they were friendly to me. The girl making me smoothie made to much and gave me a large for no extra charge, which is a nice way to start the morning!

I had a less than great experience. It took 5 minutes for the staff to notice me. Then when they took my order, they thought they charged me twice. It took another 10 minutes for them to sort the issue out. My smoothie wasn’t made until another 5 minutes. The smoothie I received was full of chunks and hardly any liquid. I went home and had to re-​blend my smoothie with my own blender. Such a disappointment. The level of service & quality of beverage was poor.

Every single time I come here I am promptly greeted by a smiling face and receive great service! woohoo!
They help me decide what to get (I take forever and always ask for recommendations) which is really nice of them to be so patient. I have never been here while it was busy so maybe that’s why I always have superstar treatment. The whole place is super clean, love it.

There aren’t as many Jamba Juice locations as back home in Hawaii so I’m always happy when i find one! This location was busy but they got our orders out pretty quick. I tried a light Eggnog Jubilee… it wasn’t that great… but overall I love Jamba Juice!

This is a great location staffed by knowledgeable staff. Somehow they ran out of Mangos tonight and my favorite one is the «Mostly Mango». The staff was brilliant enough to ask patrons their preference and offer id3as to make items that where very similar to the customer’s originally wanted to order. I have to say they did a great job working with the tools at hand.

Update… Jamba Juice switched the crews between the two locations in SouthCenter late last fall — the Southcenter Mall crew came to this location, and the crew that worked at this location moved to the mall. Wow, I can really tell a difference in the customer service! I stopped in yesterday for a fresh-​squeezed juice and two smoothies. This crew seemed almost downright unfriendly, and things were moving at a much slower pace. Disappointed… I love Jamba Juice, hate the mall and am not crazy at all about the staffing change. Will probably start going to the Bellevue location in the future.

Really good, albeit expensive smoothies. Peach perfection is the best flavor! It’s too bad that styrofoam containers aren’t allowed in Seattle, the styrofoam cups you get in Tukwila, Bellevue, etc do a much better job of preventing rapid melting.

I live in Alaska so I have no idea what’s going on with jamba besides the fact that its delicious.
The people at this location saw I was clueless and explained what was awesome to help me make a choice (I got the orange carrot karma… bomb).
Employees were awesome. Smoothie is awesome. Five stars.
