I’ve only tried one flavor here, and it’s the mixed fruit green tea bubble tea, can’t really remember exactly what it’s called, but it was pretty good. It had lots of different fruit chunks in the drink. It’s just a little pricier than most bubble teas I usually get outside of the mall, but it seems all the bubble tea stands in the mall are a little pricier than what I’m used to. But I do like this bubble tea stand better than the other ones they have here in the mall. They have a lot of good-​sounding flavors here, but just haven’t gotten around to trying them yet.

Honestly most boba places are about the same but what makes it is the consistency of the tapioca. It can’t be too mushy. Speckled Frog gets it right all the time. I’ve never had a bad batch of boba here. The staff aren’t super friendly but they get your order right and make a mean drink. No complaints.

Yeah, it’s good, but one cup of tea from this place could easily run you over five dollars. That kind of price is hard to justify, especially when you consider what goes into making tea (i.e. sugar and water). I like how simple and humble this little juice bar is; it’s hardly taking up any space in the mall’s walkway, and you can easily drink and walk at the same time. I just don’t like shelling out more than five dollars for a fancy drink.

Thai Milk bubble tea… Oh my godddddddd. SO GOOD. I was going to try and get the earl grey tea blended, but they apparently don’t do that, so… I’m not disappointed though, because the Thai Milk goes off. I can’t even explain how good it is. So, why the four stars? Price. For the smallest size, and receiving my topping for free because of my check-​in (thanks Unilocal!), it was still nearly $ 5. That’s the most I’ve ever paid for bubble tea! Maybe it’s because it’s in a mall? I don’t know, but it seemed quite steep to me. Also, the coconut jelly that I got inside of it wasn’t as flavorful as I’ve had from other places, so that was sad. Overall though, this place is really good and I’m so glad I decided to try something new because it was amazing! I’ll definitely be stopping by during my visits to Southcenter.

First time I went to this place for bubble tea in the mall with my friend on the day before my birthday.
I ordered the Caramel Milk Tea with my friend and it was delicious almost reminded me of my Iced Mocha Coffee from Starbucks last year.
Overall, a fair 4 stars until the next time I come back: DD

I cannot believe I always past by this place and never tried it! I have been on the hunt for some decent milk tea and I think I have finally found it. I love the fact that they actually use real tea in their drinks as opposed to other places using powder. So far I have tried their Oolong Milk Tea and Jasmine Milk Tea (also without milk) and it hasn’t failed. Their pudding however is mediocre (has a funny taste). I have not tried their grass jelly or pearls yet as they ran out. I will be coming back here whenever I am in the area. I really hope they decide to expand south to Tacoma Lacey area so we don’t have to drive so far =]

This spot is located right outside of Lenscrafter.
Their house milk tea is mediocre tasting but the pearls are hard. They taste old… Their grass jelly is mediocre tasting too.
Besides the pearls, you can get a FREE EXTRA topping with Unilocal Check-​in!

Been there three times. Each time was Milk Tea. The first time was very delicious. The second time it tasted like perfume and it was interesting. Maybe it was just a bad batch? The third time was awesome again! so we are definitely staying with this Bubble tea!!!

There are many bubble tea places in the mall but I like this one the best. They don’t make it too sweet and the tapioca is usually just right. Wish it was located more towards the middle of the mall.

I can’t drink milk, too much caffeine, and majority of fresh fruits. So naturally this place would seem far fetched to even consider ordering anything. But I was hopeful… very hopeful.
AND WHAT A LUCKY CHANCE I GET!
I told the dude my restrictions and we went through the list of fruits I CAN eat, and low and behold… HONEYDEW WAS ONE OF THEM!!! So I ordered a Honeydew smoothie and man on man… it was FREAKIN FLOGGIN GOOD. Refreshing, sweet and the coconut jelly was exceptional. Not only that, but they provide a small size and a large size! Which is nice since most places only give you one size that always seems like an extra large. I’m unsure how helpful this review will be to others, considering I’m sure other people aren’t allergic to half as many of the things I’m allergic to. But I can reassure you, the one drink I CAN drink there, is definitely a good reason to keep going back.
