Always love the spaghetti factory. Super fast service tonight, food is amazing as always. Keeps us coming back. Thank you spaghetti factory.

We had a horrid experience here in the summer of 2015, where the staff was ill-prepared for our reservation(which we made several days in advance), the server got orders wrong, etc. for a party of 6, it was $ 100 completely wasted. The customer relations person wanted to give us a $ 40 voucher for our troubles, so we gave this place another shot this past weekend. There are OSF locations(mainly down in Portland) that execute very well on customer service, food, etc. This southcenter location is honestly a disgrace, and clearly, there is no accountability from anyone to make things better. The servers at this location are absolutely incompetent. Our server this weekend not only got our orders wrong(AGAIN), but also forgot our appetizers, which ended up finally coming out at the end of our meal. No apology. Our drinks were never refilled, and our table was never cleared of empty plates– and no, it was not a busy night. The dessert was served with no spoons, so the ice cream ended up melting by the time our waitress finally decided to come back with the spoons. It would be a fair and accurate statement to say we will never be back to this location again. And we will ensure our experiences here are shared with others who are even remotely thinking of coming here.

We came here for my son’s bday dinner and it was a major fail. We were told at the front to let our server know we’re celebrating a birthday. When we were sat down, I told our server Kendra and she didn’t really care and went straight to asking if we wanted to order an appetizer. That wasn’t even the worse part. when our food came and my friend ordered the Premier #1 platter but the Half and Half platter came out. We told our server that this wasn’t what she ordered. Her response was, «I’m sure I didn’t take the order wrong and someone ordered this.» She then insisted for my friend to keep the dish. My friend was upset and didn’t eat the dish and it sat there. Our server stared at the dish and didn’t bother to even acknowledge or offer to get her something else. I was pretty disappointed with the service. As for the food, it was just okay. We all loved the cheese bread. Everything else we ordered were very bland. The lasagna was topped with the same marinara sauce as the cheese bread. It’s just a lot different from all the other lasagnas I’ve tried.

My wife and I had a great dinner for only $ 25! Dessert, salad, bread and soup were included.(The hot sourdough bread was delicious!). The portions were just right and the taste was good. The atmosphere was pleasant; quiet enough to talk. Decorations were nice too. Our server was Brandon-he did a great job. We’ll go there again next time we are in town.

I received a $ 50 gift card for Christmas to this location. I had never been before. I have been to the location downtown and thought there was better out there for a better price. 4 glasses of wine, lasagna, pasta, for 2 people. Ended up being $ 50.02, SCORE!(because of the gift card) The bread. Wow, this is by far the best bread at any restaurant I have had. Its crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. The best. I would have eaten two or three of them easily. They tried to bring a second one out and we told them no because we would eat it all. The lasagna was delicious, it was hot, flavorful, fresh ingredient, and good size. The best part about the meal here is that not only do you get bread but soup and dessert. The minestrone soup has a ton of vegetables and to top of the whole meal with a little something sweet is amazing. Great job. Our server Denzel was amazing too. Everything turned out great. I had a slightly lower expectations going in and they did a great job.

Awesome place, very festive, it has a warn undertone that makes it feel very glamorous but still very inviting. The hosts are on top of things and the servers are smiling. Now the food is good, not the best, but good. Good enough to justify the prices and the ambiance. Some of the drinks are fun and whimsical! And this is a double yes to coming back again!

I have always like the atmosphere of the Spaghetti Factory and todays service was good but I feel(so did my wife) that the flavors are not there. Yes it could be age — except other places still taste good — but it was like — they put NO salt in the Spaghetti. I love the Olive Gardens Spaghetti so — I am going with salt is an exotic spice at the Old Spaghetti Factory. I ordered Spaghetti with two meatballs and they seem to be unable to put the meatballs on top of the Spaghetti — not sure why — seems like it would be an easy job for an Italian themed restaurant. We also had the Minestrone soup which has a lot of vegetables in it so I would call it good. We do love the Neapolitan Ice Cream for dessert but I always seem to end up with mostly chocolate — and I do not like chocolate. For the prices — I am not sure is the atmosphere is a «trade off» on the food taste.

The food was large portions, the 3 course meal was what I enjoyed about it, and the ambiance was great! Came here to celebrate with my family, and we had fun! I thought it was kinda loud, and I would say that my biggest qualm was that the prep time was a bit too.

It’s been so long since I’ve been to this place. I wasn’t crazy about the general atmosphere. Almost every 5 minutes there seemed to be another birthday person. Which wouldn’t be a problem but one of the servers kept shouting and cheering as if they’re in a stadium or something. That kinda ruined my night of just wanting to have a nice dinner with my boyfriend and his family. The food was so-so. I had the new garlic shrimp capellini(?) but it tasted too buttery and greasey for my taste. The sourdough bread that comes with the meal was good though. Apparently it was a busy night though because we only saw our actual server about three times. We had a gentleman and another server for most of the night.

In general, I like the Old Spaghetti Factory. Their food is usually the same and I know what to expect from it. This was no exception. I like this location because it has the bar area where you can eat at instead of the main dining room. This way the screams of children from the main dining room are muffled and you can actually have a conversation and hear yourself think. The Old Spag used to give you free iced tea with your meal. Now it costs $ 2.99 which is a rip off. I’ll just stick with water, thanks. I had the spinach tortellini with alfredo sauce. It was tasty. Of course, the sour dough bread is always great. Overall, it was a good meal and service was excellent and attentive in the bar. I would stop by again sometime.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and usually had a good experience, but last night I was really disappointed. I took my husband and son for dinner at about 7:00. We were told it would be 30 minutes or so for a table. I said that we would wait. We got our table after 30 minutes or so. Then waited 15 and didn’t even have a server come to take our order. As we decided to leave, the management came running after us asking if he could comp us anything. I’ve been here many times before and never had this shitty of service. I understand that they were really busy with it being homecoming, but really???

One of the best chain pasta restaurants around. Of course it is not authentic Italian food, but that should be expected being in the USA and not in the NorthEast. I have spent quite some time in Italia and know what REAL Italian food is, in the PNW it is almost nonexistent. I will say the quality of the food has always been great and the one problem we had was quickly fixed and the meal was compensated. Staff is always attentive and frequently visits the table. Service is quick even during peak times. 5-stars because they do not advertise as «authentic Italian» so they meet my expectations. Prices are extremely reasonable. I do return on a regular basis.

I have never been here until a few months ago for my nephew’s birthday. I always stayed away because I only ever really love home-cooked spaghetti. Although I never order the spaghetti and stick to the other pastas… I’ve never been disappointed! I now would rather go here than Olive Garden(now that Olive Garden’s food has decreased in quality and freshness.) I love that I can eat with my little family of 3 and spend only $ 52 for(2) 3-course meals(bread, salad, your entrée, and ice cream included,) a kids meal with $ 1 extra meatball, plus appetizer and drinks. I have been here about 4 different occasions and will come back when on a budget but still want a complete meal.

I’m not a big pasta person, but my boyfriend and his daughter love it. So, inevitably, we end up here a lot. Honestly, OSF is the best bang-for-your-buck restaurant around. You get a salad or soup, bread, entrée, and dessert for around $ 10 bucks a person. The portions are huge and the bread is never-ending. The flavor of the food is fine, but nothing too special. I have had better pasta elsewhere. But overall, it’s a good deal for a family going out to dinner. Wait staff here have always been friendly. Food usually comes out promptly. Keep in mind, the place is always packed and there are usually tons of people waiting for tables. The secret is to make a reservation on their website in advance, then you usually get seated within 5 – 10 mins of arrival.

We come here every year for Mother’s Day with the family, it’s always mediocre. They usually put us back in the banquet room where we can’t bother anyone else, which is nice. We typically tend to get pretty loud sometimes so it’s nice to have our own room. The food itself is alright. I’m not a huge fan of the pasta here, it’s just a nicer version of Olive Garden. I normally get the chicken parm, which tastes pretty good(but it’s nothing i can’t make at home). Their italian sodas are pretty delicious. The best part was our server tonight. She was great. Dealing with a large, rowdy group like my family sometimes gets a little overwhelming & she took it like a champ. Kept up with all of our drinks, got our food out to us perfectly timed(appetizer, bread, salad, entrees & dessert) & had a wonderful personality. Once a year is okay for me to go to have dinner, I won’t go out of my way to come here to have under flavored food. But the service is typically pretty good!

We had a great time tonight. It’s been years since we went to the Old Spaghetti Factory. I don’t know why we waited so long. The service was great. The food was amazing. And the atmosphere was fantastic. We started with appetizers. Then soup and salad and of course the complimentary Sour dough bread and butter. Yummy. The main dishes were huge and tasty. I had the angel hair pomodora!!! Our server Kassey was magnificent with a great sense of humor. We wrapped up our night with a chocolate mousse cake and ice cream and complimentary spumoni ice cream. Of course we rolled out of there with leftovers for tomorrow. Try it! You’ll love it.

I had fond memories of the browned butter mizithra cheese spaghetti at OSF so I figured that it would be worth a try after all of these years. Plus I was getting dragged to ToyRUs anyway so we’d be in the area. Little did I realize the disappointment that lay ahead… FYI We had reasonable expectations of a family friendly, chain restaurant in Tukwila; we weren’t expecting anything near Altura or even Tavolata like food/experiences. We sat ourselves in the bar, and after 10 minutes of staff walking past us, had to ask for our table to be wiped down because the waiter though it was ok to put down silverware and placemats on a table full of crumbs. It took a while to get menus and drinks. My beer comes quick and at least the non-standard(small 14oz) pint glass was chilled. Salads come out with a pool of dressing underneath, and while the clam pasta was decent, the potpourri that I ordered was not very good. There were four sauces with only about 10% being clam and 50% being their overly sweet marinara; all on top of slightly overcooked spaghetti. I paid 2.99 for«50% more» and it was nearly the same size as the regular size; WTF. While waiting 10 minutes for a second loaf of bread which the waiter eventually just tossed on the table, I decided that it would be better to just make my own pasta in the future rather than deal with this. After clearly having finished eating for 10+ minutes, the waiter comes over from chatting it up in the corner of the bar and asked if we wanted ice cream as if it wasn’t included in the meal. C’mon man, don’t try to play games with us and get us to order some other dessert. We eat our ice cream and wait some more for our bill and a small box. This whole dinner was a test of my patience. Gave the standard 15% tip even though he didn’t deserve it and left feeling highly disappointed in both the service and the food… I suppose families will continue bringing their kids here while in the food wasteland of Tukwila, but management really needs to train up their staff(FOH and BOH) if they want to retain any customers moving forward.
