Great selection of clothing just in time for the holiday season! Everything was also 50% off this week, which was a fantastic deal. One thing I discovered this season — different colored chico pants. It’s nothing new, but the quality is a step up from what you would get at Express and a few other places. Customer service was friendly and I was in-n-out without having to spend too much time. Until next time! P. S. I was very satisfied with the walk-in fitting rooms. It always annoys me when the doors are locked and you have to ask a store worker to open one for you. That was not the case here at Banana Republic and it made life much easier for me since I probably went in 3 times to try on different articles of clothing.

A stop that has always been ever since coming to this outlet. Many stores in the place have moved many times, one of the real staples is this Banana, always located on the same spot, and once you come in, depending on the time of day, it could be nicely organized, or a place where Godzilla, King Kong and a riot happened where everything looks like it has been pillaged. I always seem to find one thing here to buy, even while browsing around not know what I want. The staff and service is ok here, probably being worn down from all the clean-up work they have to do every night. If you need some new work gear for your office, you probably are coming in here, I find that this store always has some extra discount depending on what weekend, time of the month, you are here. If you sign up for the Premium Outlet’s newsletter you get informed and additional coupons to empty your wallet here. The prices aren’t too bad, and way better than you stepping into a regular Banana store. I mean. why the heck are you walking into an outlet mall if not for the lower prices. All I can say is… if you’re already in this outlet mall, it never hurts to stop in here, sure you might have to dig through the piles to find your stuff, especially if you go to the clearance racks in the back for deeper savings… and more mess! Time will be wasted here, hope you have a wing-person. as the lineups to try things on can snake into a whole new beast… Then another lineup at checkout… all in the name of savings… You have been warned, now go and find some new clothes.

Won’t ever step foot in here again. The store is a mess, so many freaking people too. I guess people don’t work anymore in Canada. Who knows. Stood at the fitting rooms while 3 clerks walked past me and didn’t say a word to me. Maybe because I don’t fit the mold? Who knows but don’t be rude. I was ready to spend money but customer service and crappy clothes did it in for me.

This store was a disaster. It was completely disorganized and looked as though a tornado went through it, At first I thought the only sizes they carried were 4 and XS but I was patient and eventually found a pair of slacks in my size. They were what I typically wear, regular length but still way too long but otherwise the fit was perfect and so I tried to ask at the register about possibly finding a pair in short. The first person I asked was a very young male, and he did not seem to understand my question because he kept answering as if I had asked a different question. After I was about to give up getting any information at all a young girl came over and started to help. She told me that they did not have short in the store but that if I purchased these slacks and signed up for a credit card at the same time I could have them altered for free at one of the Seattle stores. I should have read the fine print, when I got home later I realized that you only get free alterations if you are upgraded to the Luxe card after spending $ 800 in a year, and then only in the regular stores, not the factory stores. I may report her outright lies to management but my guess is that is the culture of the store and no one really cares as long as they meet their quota of credit card applicants. I was scammed.

Wonderful outlet location at the Seattle Premium Outlets. Friendly staff, clean and organized store despite being a very busy holiday sales day and outstanding prices with a sale they had going on. The quality of the clothes of course is top notch and the sales staff knows what they have and stand behind what they sell. 100% recommend this great store.

Marginally better than the factory outlet at Queensborough in New Westminster. The stuff here wasn’t total garbage. There was some decent stuff here. BUT, when I get 50% coupons emailed to me, the price that I pay in Canada is actually cheaper than the prices here. Add to it that this is a two hour drive just to get here, no thank you.

Easily my favorite store in the Tulalip Outlets and one of the best Banana Republic outlets I’ve been to. When I go to outlets, I usually find that its a hit or miss, but Banana Republic is so reliable. There’s always great clothes for great prices here. I found Ryan pants here when they were discontinued in their regular stores and I’ve found great things that I regretted not buying in regular stores here. There’s also great outlet exclusives, a good petites section, a good clearance section and a nice stash of basics. The clearance section gets a little messy and the wait for the change room can be a little long on weekends, but overall, this store is pretty easy to shop. It’s a great way to add to the collection of any Banana enthusiast.
