This place is terrible. Overpriced and the food tasted awful! Do yourself a favor and DONOT waste your money here!

I love this place, I work at the outlets and eat here for lunch all the time, it’s one of the better choices! The staff is super friendly, they know my order now, and are always talking and making conversation with me! The prices are a little high but I get where it comes from. It’s hard to keep business open even in the food court with the Canadian dollar being so weak here so I think that’s a reason for the prices. The price is the only reason I decided to not give 5 stars. I love the food and the staff! :)

Can’t believe the outlet managment allows this horrible place to exist in the food court, so overpriced yet still so bad quality. I had to drink lots of water for the rest of day caused by the overly salty and msg’d food menu.

Famous wok: famous for being the worst food place around. Probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever tried.

Their noodles are horrible. If compared to Panda Express this place is more expensive and much less tasty

Wife and I shared Super Combo(3 entrée) with noodles. Food was pricey but to be expected at an outlet store food court. Not spectacular but fueled the machine.

Simply disgusting. Got some bourbon chicken which tasted like rubber and incredibly dry, as if it had been sitting there over a day. The plastic fork broke as i tried to pick up the chicken. Way overpriced for such horrible tasting food, even considering my exceedingly low expectations for a food court dish.

Horrible food. Ordered combo B which turned out to be $ 10.99. With 2 drinks this came to over $ 17. Combo was vegetables(broccoli and cabbage) with bourbon chicken. Chicken was hard, dry and chewy. Flavor was just soy sauce. Fried rice was not great either. For that price I expected better. There are other food kiosks in the food court I should have gone to instead.

After a quick browse in this tiny food court of about 5 stands I decided to go to this place… plus there was a line. so it must be good, right? WRONG. I paid $ 11 for their manager’s special(vegetables, noodles, and sweet & sour pork). The food tasted so bad. so bad. It is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. YES, worse than Panda Express! Food tasted bad and it is pretty expensive. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, unless you really want to trade your hard earn cash for some disgusting«meal». Save yourself some time and drive over to the Olive Garden, McDonalds, Taco Del Mar near the Walmart/freeway entrance. Or head over to the Casino for a meal. At least you know their food will be much better than this place. This Famous Wok is only famous for serving crappy food at ultra high end prices.

Terrible place. The food quality is so bad. I don’t think they serve food. I don’t think that they know that they are serving food here. Shoppers with their families and kids need to eat something edible. They give you quantity of food that personally I forwaded straight to the trash receptacle. My wife and I had a friend visiting and we took him shopping at Seattle Premium Outlets, we took the easy route to get dinner at this place. Never again.

I was craving some westernized food court Chinese food(where expectations are pretty low tbh) and stumbled upon Famous Wok in this mood. Even with this in mind, the food quality was surprisingly dissatisfactory. Noodles tasted ultra bland and were undercooked, vegetables were not actually cut apart, sweet and sour pork was very soggy /tasteless, and food wasn’t that hot. I think I paid about $ 11 for this, what a silly price to pay! As with any food I eat in the US though, the portion size was kind of ridiculous and could’ve fed me for 2 – 3 meals, so it did keep me nourished(ish?) trough the evening and night so that’s a plus. Will probably go with subway next time passing through here.

Very low quality food we had fried rice which was over cooked and orange chicken and sweet and sour pork. We couldn’t tell the difference between the chicken and the pork by either taste or texture and the lumps of meat were so breaded that I couldn’t even tell if there was meat even in them. They are expensive too. $ 26 for two plates of rice and two entres and a small soda… Should have eaten somewhere else.

This is probably the worst and most overpriced Chinese fast food I’ve ever had the pleasure of imbibing. The ladies behind the counter must know this because they were reluctant to serve us. Your run-of-the-mill lamp-heated array of American inspired Chinese fast food in bins. We chose the Orange Chicken and Mixed Vegetable one item combos with noodles. With a single bottle of water, that somehow amounted to $ 22! We sat down in the crowded dirty food court that gray Sunday afternoon and enjoyed flavor-free mushy noodles, «mixed» vegetables that was mostly cabbage with a few odd pieces of broccoli and carrot(also free of flavor) and indifferent orange chicken which is the only thing that did contain flavor. We ate enough to no longer feel hungry and pitched the rest. Never, ever again! On the plus side, though, we didn’t get sick! :-)

I’ve seriously had better food from rest area vending machines… Just thinking about that sorry excuse for a meal makes me legit angry.

Let’s talk about dreadfully bad Chinese food. Did your mind immediately think of Panda Express? Because that’s the first thing I would have thought of until my unfortunate visit to Famous Wok today. Famous for what? Being the worst of its kind? I don’t even think Mao Zedong would have liked this restaurant associated with him. This restaurant will make you forever curse the day you were born. My parents ate food from here once and now they would rather go to McDonald’s than this place. This isn’t just the bottom of the bottom. This is below the bottom of the bottom. I came here for the Chinese food and – I’ll admit it – out of curiosity as well. The mall’s food court only has five restaurants, and none of them are appealing. Picking one for lunch was like playing Russian roulette, except I clearly lost. I was really hungry and could have eaten a lot, so I picked their largest combo with fried rice, mixed vegetables, sesame chicken, and bourbon chicken. Out of those four items, at least one of them had to be good, right? Except it was Russian roulette again, and I lost. AGAIN. Everything inside this tacky styrofoam box was a complete disaster. First of all, the fried rice was greasy yet tasteless. The mixed vegetables were horrible, and the chicken was some of the most disgusting I’ve seen in my life. I don’t even know how it’s possible to mess up chicken. Go to any supermarket and buy the chicken there. Even without any alterations, that chicken is probably delicious in its original form. So it’s a mystery to me why and how this chicken came to be in such a soggy state. The bourbon chicken was already torture for my taste buds, but the sesame chicken was virtually inedible. It fell apart when I picked at it. I’m not even sure it was chicken, but I am sure that it will look the same when I see it again in the toilet. This whole combo was so repulsive that I had to throw it away before finishing everything, which I almost never do. I feel cheated. To make things even more absurd, this combo was $ 12.99 when swallowing just a single bite of it proved to be a challenge. I really do not appreciate the store’s dishonesty. They proclaim that their food is authentic and imply that it’s good; both could not be further from the truth. And they accept Canadian currency but at 80% of its value in American dollars when one Canadian dollar is worth 92 U.S. cents. Disrespecting and lying to your customers is one thing, but stealing from them is outright immoral. Close this place down and let children run a lemonade stand here instead. It would be an improvement.

Food is really overpriced, and the selection isn’t so hot either. Unfortunately for shoppers all the other restaurants aren’t much better. Food is mediocre and flavorless. Skip and go ahead and go to the casino restaurant next door!

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. The sweet and sour pork may have been sweet, but there was no sour to it. The pork was over 50% fat with the batter covering very under cooked. The Chinese noodles were under cooked as well and the vegetables had no taste. After my first bite, I couldn’t believe how bad it was. Second bite, I spit out and tossed the entire meal in the trash. My wife’s meal of bourbon chicken was not better. I will never eat at this place again.
