Got a defective MK watch from here for Christmas and they wouldn’t take it back or exchange it. Rather you have to send the watch to have it serviced at the manufacturer which costs you the price of shipping and insurance. I feel the store should at least handle the shipping for you to help with the hassle. I suppose telling customers if you have problems with something they sell don’t bring it back might hurt sales. They salespeople are great! It’s the story policy they needs to change or get a better watch distributor.

I have been here multiple times. usually during the week because I don’t come near this mall on the weekends. It has never been busy yet you sure wouldn’t know it by the cold«greeting» that you get when you walk in. Every time I come in here, they have plenty of employees yet I have never been asked if I needed help finding anything. It might just be me, but even if this is an outlet, I still expect a certain level of customer service if I am going to drop over $ 100 on a bag. Ill stick to other stores to get my Kors fix.

We took my wife’s Aunt here to buy a Michael Kors purse. Auntie lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. Over there MK is very expensive! When we took her here, she was one happy lady. She was very happy with her purchases! Wifey did not buy anything which made me a happy man! Lol! This particular branch was very busy while we were there. Service was not that good either. Overall, 3 stars for this MK location at Seattle Premium Outlets.

What a letdown. MK is known for being a super affordable designer brand. I’ve loved a lot of the purses, watches, coats and jewelry for years. My love affair is wavering though. As the brand has become more popular and more affordable, I’ve felt less like it was a high end brand and more like it was just a regular, run of the mill store. It’s now especially popular with teens and young 20 somethings. I still love the pieces I’ve owned for years though and give MK a shot whenever I pass a store in a mall, just hoping I’ll find something I love. Today I was shopping at this mall and when I walked in, I spotted exactly 6 employees at the front door chatting, laughing, and entertaining one another. Not a single damn was given when I walked in, no one offered to assist, answer questions, or even gesture or nod hello. I browsed the shop alone for about 20 mins and then had to walk to the gaggle of gals at the front when I needed a dressing room. I felt like I was interrupting their conversation and it was a bit awkward. A room was made available to me but the store employee never asked my name, offered assistance, or told me her name. I looked at 4 winter coats, each somewhere between $ 180 – 300. Liking two of them a lot, I really considered whether or not to get them. Deciding to shop around a bit more and see more stores, I ended up leaving them there and not coming back. The coats were awesome but going back in and being ignored was so off putting that I’ll venture to another store and spend money elsewhere instead.

I was there and wanted to get a carry on bag that had a $ 99 sign on it but when i paid he(asst manager) said that it was $ 299. when i pointed the sign he said it was for an ipad cover. I totally think this is awful. He didn’t even take the sign off even after i showed him. Not going back ever. I am still waiting for a call from the store manager. 1 week later. What costumer service?

ALL I CANSAYISWOWWOWWOW! Great customer service. All the girls working on June 28th(even the gentlemen) were all so friendly and helpful. Pointing out the deals and specials and offering my service dog water. Just all around wonderful service and I know I will be back. Anything Michael Kors I will be going here! Thanks Ladies! I love their selection of handbags. Wish their clothing section was larger. However, they get one star for their HORRIBLE customer service. My husband and I were the only ones in the store and they didn’t bother to even acknowledge us. God forbid we break up their conversation. I would be more understanding if there was even ONE other customer in the store but we were the only ones there for the ten minutes we spent there. Come on Michael Kors staff, would saying«hello» really kill you?

I really love this store. It’s more than just purses! Maybe it’s because it feels like everything in here was made for me, and fits me perfectly. But I also love it because the staff are super sweet, and so helpful and friendly. They will remember your name and come check on you when you are trying things on. You’ll never walk around the store with hangers in your hand for more than a minute because they will hop to it starting a change room for you. I found some killer deals here this past weekend, and I kind of want to keep this place my little secret(despite it being in the middle of an outlet mall). But the staff and store deserve the great rating. The only downside to the outlet location is that the products you are getting are not as well made as their department or regular store items. My purse from a year and half ago didn’t wear as well as I had hoped, but to be fair, I was pretty rough on it. Then again, you aren’t paying nearly as much, either.
