The staff are rude, clothes are of bad quality. Bought a pair of cotton pants and it shrank after the first wash. Staff refused to return/​exchange for me because they don’t know what to do with the defected one. WILL NEVER BUY CK PRODUCTS ANYMORE

Despite their good decent coupon book sales, a store w/​this size and reputation just leaves a lot of messiness, at least for the men’s section. that’s for the clothes.
But I take a quick boo at the ties, leather jackets, man-​purses, and the cologne sets.
Then i’m gone!

Spent about 5 minutes in here before I walked out.
The suits were terrible.
The T-​shirts were expensive for what they were.
Scarves are 100% acrylic.
No thanks, not for me.

Not bad. Stopped by Seattle Premium Outlets as I was making way back from Vancouver to go home. The trip to this store is a bit of a drive, so I do not make my way out to Tulalip all that often.
The store was chaotic as it was the day after Christmas. The merchandise is a bit too tightly spaced here. Making it difficult to get around. The lines to try on clothes were also longer than usual. Still the sales were fairly decent. Not cheap though. Still felt the pricing was on the high side even after the markdown. I expect prices will drop more as it heads into New Year’s, but who knows if the stuff they have now in the size you want will still be there.
Selection consists of the usual suspects of jeans, fragrances, underwear, suits, outerwear and casualwear. Well stocked, but I wish the store was a bit bigger as you need to squeeze in some areas of the store to get around people.
I did notice that the pricing is based off the department/​retail store MSRP instead of outlet store regular pricing. Given that the markdown is based on the retail pricing, it does not seem as great of a deal. But I do like the styles found here. It just takes a while in roaming the store to find something worthwhile. All in all, this CK outlet store is just okay in terms of value and selection.
