Let be clear, this review is for the Snohomish location on First ST. The clothing was cute, but some of it was overpriced. Price aside, the employees were obnoxious. They checked in on me 8 times-​yes, 8, I counted-​and I was the only customer in the store. I told them I was just browsing, but clearly that is not ok with them. They acted as if I were a criminal about to steal a pair of their hideously bedazzled $ 200 bell bottom jeans. As I left the fitting room, I had draped my jacket over my arm. The heater kicked on while I was trying in clothing, and was spitting out a heat wave over their ice-​cold concrete flooring. One of the sales associates stared at my jacket long enough to make the impression that she thought I was hiding something under it. Sorry ladies, your clothes are not worth the hassle you caused. I am not a thief, and I’d rather shop at Nordstrom where the clothes are worth the price and the employees respect the customers.
Oh and just a little side note, their jeans really do look like trashy bedazzled toddlers pants sized to fit grown adults.

Super cute clothes at great price points. However, after putting a few items on hold and returning 15 minutes after the store closed, I saw two employees leaving the store. I stopped to ask them if I could purchase the clothes really quickly, as I was unaware that they closed at 4. They explained that the register was closed, which I understand. I also asked if they would ship the items, as I live about an hour away and don’t make this trip often. They said yes, for a fee– also totally understandable (and the road that I would have taken), however, upon ending my conversation with the girls, I mentioned that it might be advantageous upon placing items on hold for a customer to let them know what time the shop closes. One of the girls smiled and told me I could look up the hours on Google. As someone who was about to spend a couple hundred dollars and have clothes shipped — I feel like this sassy comment was unnecessary. I was merely trying to give a tip for future success of a local business. Definitely a disappointing experiencing.

I LOVE this store, although I have only been to the one in Snohomish. They always have great quality and good prices. The staff in Snohomish have always been really nice!

This store has the greatest things but the staff is exceptionally rude and always act as if they are better than everyone else. I understand that people have bad days, but really? EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve gone back to give it another try, they seem to be having a bad day. I’ve been trying for years and years since they first opened and they are just rude. They were even rude to my late grandmother who first showed me this store. I guess I’ll find another cute store to give my money too cause I’m done trying here. Even the owner is rude. COME ON now ladies. Resting Bitch Face will just make you wrinkle early anyway…

I love this boutique! It’s just like the shops in Austin. Great clothes and gifts. Very trendy and perfect for this southern girl!

I love this store! I have purchased cami’s (my daughter and I have at least 7 – 10 a piece), shoes, jeans, shirts and everything has been great quality and been worth every penny spent! I love the staff that works there and the way the shop is set up! I have small feet and they have shipped over multiple pairs of shoes from the Marysville location! Amazing place and I will be a customer for life!

I love shopping here! They have such a great variety of brands for every budget. I live next to the snohomish location and love getting greeted by name when I walk in to browse! The girls that work here are so friendly and always recommend the cutest outfits. I also love all the candles and other gift like items that they sell! So fun to browse and make the best gifts :)

Don’t get me wrong, This place is super cute and has some really cute clothes are just not meant for normal sized women with boobs. They only carry S, M and L. I am not fat by any means but I do have a large chest. Most Chiffon material will not fit me unless it is an XL because it does not stretch. Disappointing because they have some super cute tops.
There were only 2 girls working which is fine. One was helping a single lady with what looked like an entire new wardrobe and the other was just sitting Behind the computer. It was a little awkward. It’s not a big store and there were like 6 people in there. She didn’t seem to want to help anyone else.
Until they start carrying more sizes, I don’t think that I will be back.

Love their lace trimmed cami tank tops. Good selection of colors and great sizes Same prices as other, low quality, places but these are quality made and great colors that everyone seems to sell out of too soon!!!
All this was at the one in the town of Snohomish! Right on Main St across from Chucks Seafood Grotto!

I finally went shopping at Hoity Toity for the first time this weekend. The ladies were both very nice and helpful! Good selection & mostly fair prices! Will be back soon!

I was treated like dirt the minute I walked through the door. Great Selection but let’s get real folks– IT’S A RESERVATION OUTLET STORE NOT BRAVERN! I should be able to walk into any store up there in my Old Navy house cleaning grubs and do business since they’re right across the street from WALMART!!! My finger was shaking at the thought of giving two stars but I have this to say– DON’T JUDGE A BOOK BUY ITS COVER because that platinum credit card is just as good as any one elses!!!

Friendly and helpful staff, with wonderful «Girly» items galore. Accessories, artsy housewares, jewelry, handmade cards, clothing and an awesome selection of Denim from Laguna Beach, WIlliam Rast, MEK, People’s Liberation, etc.
Men AND Women, if you can’t find a «girl gift» here, you’re not looking!
Just South of the Seattle Outlet Mall and a perfect place to stop on the way.
