Overall is not a bad place to eat. The family and I stopped. Because we are hungry, and they had a lot to offer as far as their menu. The price is a little expensive for what you get, however the food is really good. I definitely would come back to this place the next time we are around. I definitely would recommend this place to anybody

The subs are fresh and delicious. I paired my with a Doritos bag and Coke. So good. Love it. Although the the employee can be a little nicer. She gave us the stare down when we walked in instead of greeting us and was borderline rude. That’s why the 3 star review. Please remember, you might have a great product but your business is only as good as your employees.

Normally we love to come here & get a # 15 on sourdough. It’s yummy. While in line– we always see the catering brochure and it looks so delicious in the picture! There’s food everywhere and it just looks good. Well we had a baby shower /hawks game party 30+ people & ordered a WEEK in advance. We called to confirm the order of(1) 45 $veggie tray and(2) 50 $ sandwich platters(148 $) day or two in advance even. I came in on time to pick up the order. She brought out the 2 sandwich platters & tried to send me on my way. I asked about the veggie platter & she became confused. She searched and searched while the girls up front were extremely busy. Felt bad, until she came back and said it wasn’t ever put together. Her boss told her«they didn’t have the stuff for it». … .By then I was already late for my own party! I was already kind of skeptical of my bf buying all this food when I could make it myself for a quarter of the price. I tried to relax and hope for the best. Won’t do that again. If you want something done right, you really do have to just do it yourself. I asked the girl why they wouldn’t have called during the WHOLEWEEK if they knew they didn’t have the stuff for it … ??? She didn’t know and never offered anything for free or to give me a discount for anything. Only gave me my money back. Very unhappy & won’t be taking the time to come in for a sandwich anymore. Absolutely no more catering; DONOT recommend. The Sandwiches had Very thin layer of meat and bread was days old; rock hard. Very strange. Will never order anything from this port of subs! If I could give Zero stars, I would! — So disappointed. :-X

Let me start off by saying I LOVED this business. I mean… I sang it’s praises everywhere I went. When we got coupons in the mail, my husband was THRILLED… It meant more Port of Subs! The employees were fantastic… attentive, knowledgeable, fast. It simply could not be beat. Today was an absolute nightmare. I still can’t believe that it was MY port of subs. What the heck happened?! I came in after hauling a ton of wood, jonesing for my reg… and I noticed there was quite a line. I took a second look and with 3 employees, I did not understand what the hold up was. Not a single face I recognized in there, which was really disheartening. A little local joint is as much defined by its employees as anything else. I really hope they were sick or something. Turns out all three were new employees. The kid slicing the meat was terrible. He seemed like a nice kid, but not only did we both have to repeat our orders 3+ times, but he still gave my husband a 12″ instead of an 8″. There was little if no communication between the prep and finish guys. To top it off, the poor girl at the register was clueless too. Throughout all of this, the owner(who I hadn’t run into before, as much as we eat here) was in and out of the back, presumably making bread. So much wrong with this. SO very much. It is Saturday Sir. If you see a line of 5+ people, put the bread down, bust out a few sandwiches and clear the lobby in 10 minutes. There is NO reason all three of those kids should have been alone, on a Saturday. Bad form. My husband thought maybe everyone was fired or quit. I told him if they had been fired, he should have waited until sunday. If they quit, maybe he should re-evaluate how some things are done. I have never had to wait that long, repeat myself that many times, only to still be unhappy with the finished product. I felt like I was at a really shitty subway at a busy mall. To top it all off, my sandwich was terrible. The turkey was falling apart(the kid gave me the very end bits) and the whole thing was slopilly THROWN together, which is ironic considering it took so long to make. Really upset about this. I LOVED this place. I am big on eating healthy and making as much as a can at home from local ingredients… so when I go here, it is ALWAYS a treat… until today. Won’t be back anytime soon. I really hope they get it together. I’m so upset about this I want to cry. That is how much I loved my Port of Subs sammies:’(

So yummy, I ordered the veggie sandwich on sour dough. It is so easy to over calorify a veggie sandwich here. This place is a nice change to Subway, love that they slice the cheese in front of you and they don’t skimp on anything, part of me almost wanted to say«wait that’s too much»…but hey I was on vacation, let the good times roll. Just to point out their smallest sandwich is 4″ and their largest is 24″. I would love to see this franchise in Canada.

Great sandwiches. I got the veggie sandwich, cut the cheese right in front of me. They only have a few basic sauces, but it was delicious. The cheddar cheeses tasted a lot like American cheese. So that was my only dislike. Pepper jack. delicious! Super fast, friendly staff. The bread was amazing I got the sourdough.

The best thing about this place is it’s consistency. Every time I go there and get a sandwich, it’s always fresh and just what I wanted. The staff are quick and very friendly. Great place to come eat!

I absolutely love Port of Subs! The freshly sliced meats and cheese really makes a huge difference in taste compared to other places that have pre-packaged meat(gross). They have three types of bread(white, wheat, sourdough), all of which are made fresh and taste amazing. I highly recommend the #1(Ham-Salami-Capicolla-Pepperoni-Provolone) on sourdough. It will change your life. Also, their mustard-mayo spread is perfect and tastes great on any sandwich! This particular location is my go-to when I am going to the Outlets down the street or when I am go to-from Vancouver. They were very fast and super friendly and the service was great.

Definitely a family favorite. It’s close by Walmart and the outlets, so it’s a perfect spot to stop by and grab a sandwich. They have lettuce wraps, grilled sandwiches, cold cuts, and even breakfast items. Can’t speak much for the breakfast items as I’ve never tried them but I love their grilled chicken sandwiches or a classic club cold cut sandwich. You can get a drink with chips, brownie, or cookies. Some times they have trivia on their whiteboard where you can get 10% off. My parents live in a different state and every time they visit this is their first food place they want to stop at!

On our way to the outlets and decided to stop here for lunch based on awesome reviews. They did not disappoint! Meat and cheese sliced to order, and lots of veggie choices. I liked all the size options: 5″, 8″, 12″, and 2 ft! A little pricier than Subway, but what you get is so much better. This place was delicious and we will definitely be back!

Decent subs. Good pricing. Friendly service. Sign up for their rewards card and get one free when full. They have a cute little game on an erase board propped up on their counter. It asks you a trivia question & gives you 4 answer choices for a chance to get 10% off. Bring your spouse in then you’ll get 2 chances at getting it right! Naturally we got them both wrong but were having such a good time with it that she gave us the 10% off anyway! Always nice there!

My whole family loves this place. My four year old daughter will ask me to drive her 30 minutes, past numerous sandwich shops, to eat here. The meats and cheeses are fresh and the staff is always friendly.

Okay, I haven’t had a sub this good in 25 years! I had a turkey/roast beef on sour dough, with provolone, honey mustard, pepperchinis, pickle, lettuce, tomato, and avocado, and olives. Softest bread, freshest meat. They slice it right in front of you. Employees were happy and proud of their food. We asked what they recommended. A customer in line before us said, «Everything is delicious here!» Okay then. We had a funky brownie for dessert and split a chocolate chip cookie, which was mmmmm… I’d recommend Port of Subs to anyone! It’s a fast food type place, so be ready to just enjoy some great sandwiches!

This is my FAVORITE sub shop. They dont have a lot of these place down in the Seattle metro where I live, so whenever I come up north, it is always a treat. The staff is always super up beat and friendly. The meats are freshly sliced when you order your meal. The quality of the meat is really good too. No I really hate mayo but this place is the only place where I will get that mayo/mustard goodness put on my sandwich. I LOVEPORTOFSUBS!!!

Pretty good sub place that cuts all of your cheeses and meats freshly. I liked what they had here(the breads were pretty decent too), but I felt as though it was a little pricey for what they had. If you are a Subway fanatic, and you have subs three times a week, I would say this place is right up your alley. But for the rest of us that get an occasional sub sandwich, the difference in quality is not THAT much different than Subway’s(or Quizno’s) to justify the price difference.
