This place is really, really cool. Wonderful style combined with totally reasonable prices. This place is great for young men who don’t want to spend too much but want to look nice. I wandered around and didn’t find much at first. Lots of jackets and suits that didn’t interest me. Then I happened upon the men’s button-ups. They have slim and regular fit and WOW. The patterns are extremely handsome. I recommend going with the checkered patterns(e.g. red and blue), since the plaids are generally pretty tacky. They fit extremely well — not too loose around the chest, not too tight around the stomach(even if you have a bit of beer belly), not too long in the back(so you can show off your. jeans) and not too short on the sides(so you don’t show skin if you reach up). I’d say if you’ve got an average body type for men you’ll look quite good in these shirts. They’re quite flattering. I went here during the Christmas shopping season and all the shirts were 50% off. This meant $ 60 shirts were $ 30 — a fantastic deal. I got six shirts for under $ 200, which is doubly impressive given how snappy they look and how well they fit. The person who checked me out explained that they take bestsellers from the previous year from regular J Crew and then«recreate» them for the factory stores.(Whether they actually redesign them, I have my doubts). What that means in practice is you get popular styles at mass-produced prices.

Love shopping here during the holidays. Everything was 50% off today and it was well worth it! All I can say is flannel and slim fit shirts. Everything fit pretty much how it was supposed to, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. The store was also clean and orderly, and the selection was better than at some of the other outlets I’ve been to around California. Same as for Banana Republic, it’s great that I didn’t have to ask any store workers to open the doors of the fitting rooms. I just walked in on my own, tried on my clothes, and walked back out(multiple times). It’s much more efficient that way and it saves everyone time all around.

I am not a huge fan of the J. Crew Factory stores because their selection is pretty different than their regular stores’ selection. This store in the Seattle Outlets was no different. The sale section here was quite small and mostly had larger sizes. The sale sections in regular J. Crew stores are normally much better(and often have additional x% off too).

I don’t think the price is much cheaper here, because the merchandise are made and selected especially for the outlet store with special factory store tags on them. It isn’t J. Crew’s version of Nordstrom Rack, it is more like J. Crew’s Gap, except stuff are still not so cheap. This also means if you buy something here and it doesn’t work out for you, you cannot return it to just any J. Crew store, you will have to drive all the way back to the outlet just to return it. I once bought a t-shirt here that rubbed off its color on my purse, it ruined the purse, but I was able to get that taken care of through the J. Crew customer service hotline.

Compared to many of the other clothing retailers at Seattle Premium Outlets(Banana Republic, GAP, etc.) this one appears to be much more organized, clothes are actually folded and hanging on the hangers! Sales people are attentive and helpful. The manager on duty has actually gone the extra mile on 2 occasions to entertain my daughter with a free lollipop and conversation. Little gestures such as this, go a long way with me. Prices are good. I only wish the«Crew Cuts»(kids) selection was a little larger.

Fantastic quality, selection, and customer service! I got a few great sale items and everyone was so nice and welcoming, almost annoying but they meant well :) and they let me keep browsing even though I was checking out haha I know why but they weren’t pushy just helpful!

Love this store. But hate this fricken mall. Got a really cute dress, normal $ 98, I paid $ 33 :) and i got 2 pairs of burmuda shorts and a basic tee shirt, and one of their perfect fit button up all for under $ 200! SWEET!

I love JCrew and I wish you would open a location in Vancouver. This outlet mall have a decent selection of pants, shirts, and tshirts at good prices. They don’t have the more premium merchandise like jackets and blazers. One of my favorite stores in this mall.
