Tried to get the newest and best iphone to replace my go phone but was unable to because they were out… after giving out all my personal information to them!!! On top of that, another service rep(white guy with whiskers) basically told me to move out of his way!!! I was already upset at the fact I couldn’t get a new phone then to add fuel to the fire some jerk representitive telling me to move??? I was so upset when i walked out of there I forgot to get his name!!! The management there would more than likely take his side because they all stick together!!! was it my U.S. Army Veteran cap that offended you people??? I notice that’s a trend lately with younger folks hating proud Military Veterans!!!

Haydee, Maria, And Lucy took care of an upgrade issue that the Visalia store refused to help me with. Extremely thrilled about the level of service that they provided here at the Tulare location. I’ll definitely drive to the Tulare store the new time I need service. Thanks ladies!

Not sure what those representatives are there for if they don’t provide any customer service. I came in to AT&T so I can get my state discount because when I called customer service, they told me that I can just bring in my state ID. Little did they mention that there needs to be an expiration date on the ID. They mention that I could bring in my recent pay stub to verify. So why is it not ok to show my badge and my bank statement showing that I get paid by the State of California? I understand that it’s policy, but it would have been nice know this before I waited 40 minutes for them just to tell me that they couldn’t do it. The lady who took my name down should have verified that I had the required documents before I waited because they ask you what you’re there for and I told her. What would have also been nice is giving me other options since they couldn’t do it themselves like doing the application online(I had to find out through customer service on the phone after I had left the store). Better yet, offer to do the application with me so that I wouldn’t feel like I wasted my 40 minutes sitting in your store. It makes me even more angry that they showed no regard to my situation, they just said they couldn’t do it and left me on my way. Fortunately, I live no where near this location so you will never see me here again.

Their motto should be ‘I can get you the phone number for support’ Don’t waste your time going here. They are all about«its policy» I left wondering why AT&T even has a store. I went in to get help with my phone that has completely shutoff. Since I pay for insurance the employees told me they could get me the number to contact insurance. Umm… I’m physically in front of you, can you just help me out? Whatever happened to actual customer service where they call for and try to help you? they said«sorry, its policy» I left & called only to find out there’s a $ 60 deductible on top of the insurance I currently pay. So I decide I’ll upgrade to the newest phone, I go back in to the store. Ricardo pulls up my information and stops informing me that I am not an ‘authorized user’ and he can get me a number to call… I could have done all of this at home & had a phone delivered today but I foolishly thought I’d get better customer service by going in to the store.
