Aweful customer service. I stopped at this big 5 to buy my boyfriend running shoes. While looking around all the employees stood next to the register, not offering assistance. We had to go get an employee to help us. After the employee handed us our shoes he walked right back to the other employees to continue talking. So when we needed help again we had to go back and get them again. Awful customer service.

Tulare, CA
Typical Big 5 store full of sporting goods. Generally only end up here when there’s something on sale. Good customer service though. Recently bought a canopy here and the zipper on the bag was broken. They exchanged it no problem.
