The woman that manages the day-​to-​day operations of this business is kind, helpful, courteous, and remembers customers and their clothing. I had an issue with one of my articles and she was helpfully accommodating to my needs in a professional and empathetic manner.
Occasionally, the business will offer a small discount (I believe 15% off) when your order is pre-​paid. This is an on-​again-​off-​again offer, as it comes and goes.
I ended up switching to another dry cleaner, however — not because of service or quality, but the location and business hours. I am a busy individual and chose a new cleaner that was in the direct path of my commute. I found it inconvenient to drive to this location before it closed. If this location were on my way to and from work, I would continue to frequent here.

Worst experience ever. My dress pants are unwearable! The pressed in wrinkles in the lining are ridiculous — I will upload a picture. I called and was told they needed to be double-​pressed and that I needed to ask for this service and pay extra. The pressed in wrinkles on the lining of my pants was a result of their pressing! They should just do the job correctly and not tell the customer it is their fault.

Good location.
Decent dry cleaning. They don’t have next day dry cleaning. I always have to wait longer than the other big cleaner place on Cross Ave.
The store looks messy and old inside.
Alterations are not their specialty — need to call one in.
Not quite my dry cleaners, will go across town for business and tailoring is down in SoCal for me.
