Del Taco

I have always like Del taco. Never had a problem with my food, orders, or service. I love the new under a dollar menu. Good amount to choose from. They also have amazing breakfast burritos that u can order anytime! Drive thru is open 24 hours. On Tuesday, you can get 3 tacos for 1.25!

Very very very… wait let me emphasize on «VERY» poorly managed… Staff is terrible!!! I think ALL the staff from the manager on down need to be fired! If i was the owner I would definitely be doing an «under cover boss «on this place!!! Needless to say the BBB (Better Business Bureau) will be hearing from me!!!

Came by for midnight munchies. Waited 20minutes at the drive through window for my food because all 4 employees were behind the store smoking.
CHRISTINA at the drive through window sucks at customer service. Don’t give ME attitude because YOU don’t know how to take an order properly. You should also learn how to keep your composure when you mess up because the ghetto was seeping out of you with every «coo» comment you made. LOL
Sloppy employees and sloppy food.

Ignorant illiterate staff refused to accommodate people with mobility issues
It was 9:15 pm and the staff was cleaning up and had half of the restaurant closed for cleaning which is expected. The staff was putting up the remaining chairs on the side which was open. Only 4 – 5 booths were open, there was 2 tables out in the center aisle with one chair down. I went to pull down 2 more chairs and cashier lisa stopped me and said I would have to use the booth.
I tried explaining to her that I have health issues that prevent me from sitting in the
Booth. She was rude arrogant refused to listen so we asked for a refund. My Wife asked her can show me any written policy in relation to this, any posted signs for cleaning?
There was none
After we left she then locked the doors at 9:22 and put up closed for cleaning signs and started turning away customers to cover her self.
FYI I am a former QSR Owner Operator so I know the ADA compliance laws very well.

I have been going to this location for years. I have not really had a bad experience. But my last vist the facet to in the bathroom was shut off and when we ordered our food we asked for extra lettuce and it didn’t seem like we got any. I do suggest that u go to this location, I rarely have issues like this.

Always fresh and gotta love the dollar menu when on a budget! Quick, easy and convenient. Not too sure about the drive thru but seems a lot quicker than other places here in town.

Great food, as good as in Visalia, some of these reviews are funny, there grading the workers when you here to grade the food. Fast food industry goes through so many employees and managers you can go back in a month and there mostly new people.
They have a inside play area for kids.

Del taco is so much better than taco hell it’s not even funny, taco hell relies on their sauce to get any favor out of the food where as del tacos food has taste without it. Fast service and fresh food nothing sitting around.

Open all hours to get my mexican fast food fix on. Its more mexican food-​ish then the Taco Bell across the street.

i can’t even give this del taco 1 star that is pretty sad, if i did it would be for the guy with the long ponytail doing the cooking. he was the only person i would hire for my business. everyone else is worthless, especially the short young lady with glasses who sadly enough looked as though she might be a floor lead. talking down to co-​workers in front of the customers probably isn’t in the del taco handbook which she had no problem doing so. ’ you have been here how long? & still can’t get it right. ’ if that wasn’t enough, she was running the register & then would turn around and handle the food with never thinking of washing her hands or even putting on some gloves like other employees were doing. so if you still want your del taco i would suggest to drive 10 minutes to visalia to avoid this happening to you

Del Taco is so amazing! They have great prices and great deals, like taco Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Went to Del Taco while we were Black Friday shopping and wanted to try their hamburgers as a joke. It was no joke. They were so good and the ice coffee was so amazing went back for more.
The costumer service is always fantastic. I’ve never had a bad trip to Del Taco!

Stopped for breakfast 5÷26÷12 — I usually don’t try new things but craved something spicy. So I ordered two crunchy tacos and a Chipotle chicken soft taco ($ 2.88 total — how do they do it!!!)
Service was fast. I will not order the soft taco again. Odd taste to the chipotle sauce. Waaaaaay too much of it. And it definitely wasn’t spicy. PLUS, I felt ill for hours afterward. Not bad enough to blame on the meat, but definitely was something I ate there so it had to be the sauce. I have a stomach of steel — nothing ever makes me sick. Which makes me wary enough to never try to soft taco again.
Since the crunchy tacos were so good (so much more lettuce and cheese than a regular crunchy taco from Taco Bell — for less $$$!!!), so they only lose one star for my upset stomach. Serves me right for trying something new.
Also — *almost forgot!!* — I liked that they had a big sign saying «Go Meatless» next to their veggie burrito option. I WILL try this next time (even though I just finished saying ‘I don’t do new’…) Yummm. Veggie…

Stopped here to take a lunch break after driving four hours, with another four hours to look forward too. This is one of the nicest Del Taco’s I have ever been too. There is a nice outside patio, so you can eat lunch with your dog, if so inclined. There is an indoor FUN LAND for the kiddos, so that was awesome for my daughter. They got our food to us within two minutes and the order was correct. The forks/​spoons area was pretty dirty, but the table was clean.

Fast food burritos right… wrong! Over 15 minutes for a been and cheese job. their excuse, they were not sure of the ingredients! Seriously!!!
