When I had issues with my A/C unit 3n1 heating from Visalia had me all summer without an functional A/C unit… when my home warranty transferred my accout to Starace Mechanical they came the same day… Juan the technician who came to see my A/C unit… after spending an hour looking at the unit said it wasn’t fixable & home warranty approved a replacement of a new 5ton unit… I really felt the honesty of the employees. .from Juan to the other 2 technicians who came to replace my unit less than a week later… thankyou Starace you guys gave me in less than a week what 3n1 heating couldnt do in 2 months… you guys rock!!!

As others have said if it was possible to give negative stars I would. My A/C stopped working 3 days after I moved into my new home. It took them 4 days to come out even though it was considered an emergency call. All told I was without an A/C for 3 weeks in 95 and above heat! After 3 different trips where the A/C quit working. The young man who came out stayed on his phone constantly asking someone what to do step by step. He finally said the job was done and left. 4 days later A/C quit blowing again. I demanded my home warranty company NOT to send Starace out again as I would not allow them on my roof. Just bad customer service and unprofessionalism all the way around.

If I could give a negative star, I would. My ac stopped working in triple digit heat. This company came out due to my a/c blowing warm air. They came in and said the unit was fixed. They left so fast that when I went to turn the unit on, it would not turn on. I called the company back and they said they would come back out. After 2 more days and countless calls, NOONESHOWEDUP. After calling back for the 6th time, I was told the tech put on his records that the unit was fixed and there was no reason for them to come back out. Therefore, I paid them for no reason. The company will not come back out. I am going on 6 days with no ac. I am now waiting on an appointment for another company. Starace should be ashamed of themselves.

Starace Mechanical was incredible and I am so grateful for their expertise and how fast they responded to my call for help on 2 important occasions, one of which they responded to an emergency on a Sunday evening in July. My air had gone out and it was110 outside. I was having about 40 people over for a going away party for my daughter and my house was over 90 inside. They came to my rescue and I will be forever grateful!!! They will be my first call if I ever need a repair again!

In the beginning of summer, our a/c unit went out — completely died. This was the beginning of the first or second heat wave we had here — triple digits were upon us, and yours truly was smack in the middle of my second trimester. Being pregnant in the summertime… I don’t really recommend it ladies! But anyway. My husband called our homeowner’s insurance and this company was the closest company they allowed us to do business with. On top of that, they couldn’t fit us in for a few days. DAYS. They wouldn’t budge on getting us any sooner either. Long story short? The tech came out and the a/c would work a day or two, and then die all over again. This happened twice. The first time he was in and out in literally 5 minutes. The second time, he hung around for about 45 minutes. The third time we called them out, my husband was furious and they assured us they would make sure a «senior technician» would come out this time. He came out(this time we didn’t really have a long wait in the triple digit heat) and replaced some kind of valve(I forget the name of it now) it’s worked ever since. Needless to say, I was pretty upset because not only am I pregnant, but I had to take hours off each and every time they didn’t complete their job — my husband works out of town so that leaves me having to stick around. And in turn, that takes away time away from my maternity leave(my place of employment requires I use all vacation/sick leave before taking disability for maternity leave, so each hour is precious to me) — my main reason for being extremely annoyed. I wish they had sent out the senior tech in the first place!
