My boyfriend and I just came back there for dinner. The atmosphere was very great. We loved the sushi and the staff! Jon is truely a master chef. Roger was very funny and helpful. We actually can taste the fish taste which rarely happens in the other sushi restaurants. I am so glad to finally be able to find an authentic sushi place in Tulsa area!!!

This is a hidden gem. It’s not fancy like In the Raw or Zanmai, but if you want amazing, affordable, and fresh sushi, this is your place. The older gentleman remembers our orders every single time we go in, regardless of how long it has been since our last visit. I definitely suggest the non fried rolls.

It pretty rare when I give a sushi place a lower score. Went on a saturday night about 7pmish and the place was empty and I should have taken the hint. Folks that work there are nice enough, you get a greeting coming thru the door and plenty of smiles. Ordered a couple of appetizers, the tempura chicken and the yakitori as well as a tako salad to start. The menu has more japanese cusine than sushi which is nice but all I wanted at the time was some nigiri and maybe a couple of rolls. The yakitori was good, the tempura was more akin to a thick beer batter and the tempura sauce was flavor-less. You’re asked how spicy you would like your tako salad on a scale of 1 – 10 and I asked for a 5. While it did have a little heat it had very little tako and once again there was not much in the way of flavor, had to ask for some lemon wedges to squeeze in to get some taste. The nigiri was presented nicely but the rolls were rather skimpy and pedestrian. I’ll give this place one more shot for some of the other Japanese cuisine but I don’t have high hopes.
