No clean towels for days! The room flooded. When we were moved to a different room, the bathroom door was locked and no key could be found! Stay, far, far away from here!!!

Well, it’s like a safari of insects. I saw one cockroach within five minutes of entering the room and killed it. This morning, I woke up to a smear of blood on my sheets and when I actually got out of bed, I saw the first actual bed bugs I have ever seen in my life scurrying away from where I was laying. I would have preferred to see them framed on the wall to being their breakfast. So then I stagger to the bathroom and see… another cockroach in the exact same spot as the first one.
As far as the accommodations, think slightly beat up 1970s furniture and frayed carpet.
Seriously, I see reviews like this posted on here and I’m suspicious. But it happened to me. I’ve stayed at other ABVIs that were a great value and pet-​friendly, but this one will never be on our return circuit.

This is the worst place to go. The staff is unfriendly, and Mario will argue with you, is rude, and lazy. It’s like pulling teeth just to get fresh towels. If you want housekeeping you have to call ahead to just get on a list, and they might not even come on that day. The manager is nice, but when he is not here the staff do what they want. They do not have any extra bedding, so don’t have any accidents. My son threw up on the sheets on two separate occasions and I could not have the bedding cleaned or changed in that hour.
