This was clean comfortable and nice people; we had drinks; snacks and breakfast and read papers; quiet too. We all travel a lot; so feedback from 3 others w us was good. Personally I know dogs are not allowed at all courtyards and you must have officially recognized service dog; not just your say so I am happy the hotel keeps out noisy dogs from rest of us

Reserved a Room through SouthWest Airlines website. On my way to Airport in Amarillo Road was Closed due to a Fatality. No way to get to Airport via detour back to Borger and going to Amarillo through Panhandle. Spent the rest of the Evening calling the Marriott to cancel and SouthWest Customer Service made attempts 3 times spaced out a minimum of 30 Minutes. No Answer by the Hotel from My Calls or SouthWest Customer Service. Finally gave up after 9:00PM. Took a $ 135 dollar hit to Ass National Bank and never seen the Inside of the place. After that very bad experience I don’t think I ever will.

My experience here was great and we were very happy till our last day. If our experience wasn’t ruined I would have gave the 5 stars. The most pleasant experience was our check in, very nice girl. Went over everything with me and put me right by an elevator that was a quick shot down to a door to take my dog out. Also, the Starbucks café is a great touch. We had our do not disturb sign on the door, the maid knocks and walk away. Not even 3 minutes later the general manger comes up with stating they don’t allow pets in the hotel. We proceed to explain that she is a service animal and she claims she didn’t know and account wasn’t noted. That she would be getting on the girl who checked us in.(Yet this girl seemed to be the only pleasant person here, get on her for what?) I find this to be BS! The girl that checked us in knew. I think the maid called in a dog barking when she knocked on the door and the GM just came right up, never asked the girl who checked us in, and never looked at our account. Then the GM made a remark about the bark. Umm… she still is a dog, if you knock on a door of course a dog will bark. Funny thing is she only barked twice the entire time we were here, the time the maid knocked, and the GM knocked. Next time look at the account before you cause a residence staying to feel uncomfortable. We almost checked out right then and there.

Sadly I have to agree with Martina, DONOTSTAYHERE. The new lobby is a joke. Your first question is, Where is the front desk? They remodeled in the past year and made it worse than it was. Anyway, check in went OK. We open the door to our room to see:(1) toilet tank was filling(it had just been flushed),(2) the TV was on,(3) all the dresser drawers were pulled out and(4) the curtains on the windows were askew. It looked like a crime scene but without the yellow tape. We immediately called the front desk and requested a different room. The front desk clerk came up with keys for another room. She didn’t even step into the disheveled room. The first room was right next to a storage room of some sort. Our best guess is that someone from housekeeping or maintenance decided to take a break in a guest room. They put on the TV, used the bathroom and rifled the dressers. We think the front desk person warned the staff member in the room to get out as people were on their way up. That’s why the front desk person didn’t even go into the room. She knew what was going on. Also, on the way to the elevator on the first floor, there were several guest rooms with the doors wide open. Anyone could go into these rooms at will. The carpet in the elevator is stained and needs to be replaced. This location is a franchise operated by Lodge. I wonder what the contract says about security and maintenance? So, do yourself a favor and stay at one of the maybe 10 other places just steps away from Courtyard by Marriott, Tulsa Central.

Do not stay here! First of all, I paid for and reserved a room withs. When we got there, Tulsa Marriott Courtyard had overbooked and only had a single for us, although the man at the counter refused to change the rate of our room because we had already paid on line. The room was ok. Not great, not particularly clean, but reasonable enough. The real reason this review has one star is because Tulsa Marriott Courtyard proceeded to charge my credit card twice for my stay. I have called several times and they assure me it will be taken care of, although the additional charge of $ 177 has not been replaced back to my bank account. At this point, every time I call I get put on hold or told that the person dealing with this is unavailable. I am now going to be taking Tulsa Courtyard Marriott to small claims court to get my refund after they double charged my credit card.

Easy check in, best rates around. Wonderful sheets and conveniently located. They have an indoor pool but we didn’t make it there *smile*. Non-smoking hotel and very clean.
