Braum’s Ice Cream and Dairy Store

I feel the reviews prior to mine are a bit unfair. I am not sure what you’re expecting to get from a fast food restaurant in the United States, but if you’re not paying a high price for the food, you’re going to get basic, pre-​packaged, GMO-​friendly food. I personally haven’t had a bad experience with any of the employees at this location (which I have gone to multiple times over the years) and everyone has always been friendly. The only thing I would say is that this location has more mechanical break downs than the other location I go to, but it may also be because of the amount of customers they have coming in from off of the highway on a daily basis. Additionally, when a large company chooses to pay their employees minimum wage, you can’t expect them to be doing back flips into your car with giggles and a happy face. For how busy they are and how little they’re paid, I’m very proud of this location.

The chicken is good, the ice cream is good but I’d rather eat galvanized nails than eat their hamburgers. Sorry, tastes more like slop on a shingle than a hamburger.

Again, this is another place my BF insisted we visit. If he read my reviews he would not be too happy with my opinion of his favorite places in Tulsa, but since he doesn’t, we have nothing to worry about!
I don’t understand the hype. Maybe it’s just HIS hype… But, I love him and he bought my malt, which was a steal at $ 2.50. That alone would bring me back again

Worst customer service ever. Avoid this braum’s. I could go on and on and tell you a bunch of bad stuff, but I’ll just save you the time and warn you to just not go to this braum’s.
