I was going to give this place five stars because it is super fun and you can find some great things if you’re a thrifty person, but I had a not so great experience with an employee when I was leaving and so she lost a star. I needed fabric to use for some projects I’m working on and this place offers grab bags of t-shirts that are just under $ 3 a bag and they house about 8 very nice t-shirts. I was super thrilled about that and purchased about eight bags. I also found in the bag corner more bags that offered grab bags of pieces of fabric and that made me really happy! My cashier was super sweet and talkative and when I asked her questions she wasn’t angry that she had to answer me. I asked her if it was possible for me to borrow one of the carts to bring everything to my car and she said it shouldn’t be a problem. I had to tip the cart out of the door because it had one of those bars on it to stop people from leaving with the cart. When I was bringing it back in I asked if an employee that was standing at the door could hold the door open for me so I could tip it back into the store again and put it back. She deeply sighed and rolled her eyes and halfway held the door open with a limp arm as I struggled to try to get the cart in there. The customers coming in behind me apparently wanted to be in the store RIGHTTHISSECOND because the guy threw the door open and glared at me like I was an asshole for stopping him from walking into the store quickly. So, because of that experience, that employee made this company lose a star and I think she really needs to learn how to have better customer service qualities. I get she probably hates her job, but still… you don’t have to take that out on the customers.

Pretty typical thrift store. Low prices and they have a special on the last Fri of each month were any tag ending in an «8» sells for 88 cents. Decent selection of frames, inexpensive furniture, and pretty good array of men’s and women’s clothing.
