The night manager was not polite at all and even wanted to argue with me about a current coupon. The last time that I visited a burger King was over 5 years ago. I won’t be back again because of what happened to me and my friend on 8÷28÷2015 at the store on 11th and Harvard in tulsa oklahoma.

I have history with this Burger King, as a kid my first job was there in 1978 at this very store(well the first store before it burned and was rebuilt with its artificial hill). Things and times have changed since my high school tenure there. Then you were greeted when you came in, and now you stand at the counter hoping someone will notice. The place has an overall unclean, seedy look and feel. That and flies lots of flies. I regret stopping in, those fond memories from long ago are now tainted with what it has become.

So, I tried the drive up ramp and didn’t have any trouble. The fence looks as though many people have hit it. Unless you have been to the Harvard Liquor across the street first, you shouldn’t have trouble. Unfortunately my coke Icee was red which took away my anticipation for an Icee like last time. :-(

Worst experience EVER: Went to the drive thru at 11th& Harvard. I had one request: no ketchup on my burger. I received my order and drove back to work. I opened up my my burger and there was ketchup. I called the store and no one answered(the fax picked up after 6 rings) I called again and this time a person answered: I told her about the mistake and she asked for my contact information. Then she said the next time I came in my order will be free and hung up. Well that doesn’t help me because A) I am not going to eat this order and B) if I cannot trust a person to make the order then why would I trust them to add me to the list. Since I had to go out and get more food anyways I decided I would take the burger back and let them remake it. I went back to the store. The girl at the register lets the manager know I was there. The manager comes up and takes the receipt and walks off while I was mid sentence into what the issue was. Then shows up with new burger and fries. My personal opinion if someone has to drive back a remake is not a satisfactory response. Give me a dollar off coupon for my hassle or something. Plus, it is rude to walk away when someone is mid sentence. Therefore I asked for my money back. Rosalinda(the manager) Then comes back with four dollars in cash(I paid by a credit card). When my total order was $ 7.60 because I didn’t have a the drink and fries. You cannot just comp that for you mistake. Apparently not went out to my car and got the fries and the drink so I could get my refund and the manager refused to refund that portion. I am not rude, I do not cuss and I do not raise my voice there is not any reason to not give me a refund when I bring the meal back because the store made a mistake. It was a humiliating experience and I will never go back.

Worst drive through ever! This place takes forever and gets your order wrong. Go to McDonald’s or Taco Bell or even Taco Mayo.

It’s Burger King on a hill. Not as big if a hill as the one on Admiral and Memorial, but is still a slight traffic hassle late at night. The reason I gave it a middle rating is because their Icee machine is almost perpetually broken and they are more than a little generous with the green tomatoes. Other than that, it’s BK.
