Richard is the chimney Guy. he fixed our gas logs when other service companies just made it out like i was making things up. It was not vented properly and something with «make up air», while i don’t completely understand all of this I know after Richard was done the odor was a lot better and my CO detector stopped going off every time i lite the logs.
