The UPS Store

Horrible customer service. I went here regularly for copies/​printing because it’s on my way to where I teach arts classes. One day, I was charged more than usual and asked why. The employee said he didn’t know what the charge was. Because I was about to pay cash, I didn’t comfortable paying for something that couldn’t be explained, so I left. Since I was in a hurry, I asked for his name so I could call back later and ask about it. He wouldn’t give me his name, then another employee named Deborah followed me out to the parking lot and bullied me, harassed me, and yelled at me in front of other customers. She lied, said she was the manager, etc. I told her I should call the UPS corporate office about her behavior and she yelled, «Oh, you do that! And I’ll just tell them how YOU acted.» She was a middle-​aged woman with the maturity level of a 7-​year-​old. I can’t believe she wasn’t embarrassed to act like that outside, in front of her store. At any rate, I’m NEVER going here again.
