Canyon Creek Apts

This is by far the worst apartment complex in tulsa. When I first moved I noticed they were under new management and were supposed to be making a lot of changes. That’s the last thing that’s happened. I have personally walked out to my car and someone was trying to break in it «in the middle of the day» they did nothing about that. Let’s not count the fact that there are always loud noises and people out side at all times of the day. The noise off the highway is terrible. The next event I had encountered with the rude staff has been drug out for over a month and a half. I had my cable box and all the equipment shipped to my apartments. When I went to pick this up in the office, I was told «we don’t have it» and was then reminded how big of an «inconvenience» it was for them to accept packages for the tenants. So then I’m having to track down this package with fedex and they do an investigation and turns out one of the lady’s in the office signed for it… Buts still no package? Talk about an inconvenience! Finally a month and a half later, I take my happy self up to the cox store and get my package myself just to find out my «updated apartment» was actually so far out of date that we don’t even have the rite connections and the cable people are going to have to come out and fix it.
