Squeak-squeak-squeak that’s the sound of me sitting on my duff on the old rocking chair. Cracker Barrel starts the day like I do 5am on a porch. We’re both making sure the visitors are getting a warm welcome. Yep, sometime I get there around 430am because I cant stop dreaming about flapjacks. So I’ll brew a pot of coffee and throw it in the thermos and hop in the van and waiting for the workers to show up. Yep, were basic family types but in this family I don’t have to clean up the dookie splatters. Also I don’t no who ain’t gonna be family after this game of checkers ;)

The food was good-it’s a franchised meal but prepared well. Our server Makayla was so bad this rates as one of my worst dining experiences ever. We couldn’t finish our meal because we had nothing to drink. She was rude and had no interest in her job. I know it’s Christmas and a Sunday. but she had 2 tables. Two other servers even stopped and apologized that our service was so poor. We ordered tea, it came sweetened, we asked for unsweetened and she sighed and responded«yeah, whatever». Pretty much sums up how I feel about going back. IHOP is further away but looks like I’ll make the drive!

Took my family here for a little breakfast for dinner. Sadly their kids menu is lacking options. There are only 2 options for breakfast for children. We decided to get an adult meal for them to split. I got the chicken fried steak with grits and apples. The baked apples still had the peels on so it took away from the taste. The grits were watered down. And the gravy was a little to thick and cold. Sad to say the service was terrible. She didn’t bring the strawberries for the kids pancakes so the kids had to wait close to 10 min before they could eat. I didn’t get a refill and when I asked for a Togo drink she brought me the wrong one. I don’t think we’ll be back again.

I just ordered the half pound burger I was impressed by the add. I dont buy a burger from a non burger place. But it looked good. The burger was over cooked and was a plain burger.

Rachel deserves a hundred stars. She is super professional and the food was excellently done. Strawberry stuffed French toast was beautifully plated and so scrumptious! Eggs and bacon were cooked perfect. Six patrons and we all left very satisfied. Shopping here is such a pleasure. Found some incredible markdowns as gifts. Overall this Sunday morning was a great meal and a pleasurable experience.

We ordered from the breakfast menu on a Tuesday evening. They were very slow in getting the food out. The food was inedible. They also left off items that we ordered. We told the manager we would not pay for the food, especially since we didnt eat it. The manager did not have us pay. I do not recommend this location.

Our visit to the Cracker Barrel in Tulsa, OK was good. The service was good. I had the catfish with a sweet potato and broccoli and it was very yummy. People dining with me had the chicken tenders and they were also good. We are on a road trip and want restaurants close to the hotel and I would recommend the Cracker Barrel in Tulsa.

I’m really surprised the rating here is not higher. I really enjoy going to Cracker Barrel. I always have a good experience when I go to Cracker Barrel. As far as the service I have had a few times where I have had to wait quite awhile for a refill on my drink. This has been more than one occasion so I can’t give 4 stars. As far as the prices, they are very reasonable priced and they have a very cheap lunch menu. As far as the food I have to say as far as «Restaurant Food» they have excellent Meatloaf. Obviously it’s never as good as homemade. I really like their roast beef dinners as well. I like that you can have as much biscuits and cornbread as you like. I always ask for apple-butter for my biscuits! Just to let you know… that peg board game on the table… I’m an expert. Just saying! I win it every time!

They serve out of date food. The gm there does not allow employees to throw much away and has even threatened to fire an employee because she threw out of sate food in the trash and he asked her to pick it out and she didnt and walked out. Never eating there ever.

My step kids love this place. Good old fashion country cooking. If you’re not on any kind of special diet and you like to eat carbs, this is the place for you. Breakfast: pancakes w/cherry & side of hash brown casserole Other times: chicken & dumplings

My husband had the fried catfish and I had the chicken fried chicken. Both dishes were bad. The catfish had not taste and he had to put more hot sauce on it to taste it. My chicken fried chicken was too salty and not very tasty. I had salad and corn and fries as my side. I ate all my sides and left most of the chicken on my plate. The corn came from a can and had no taste and the fries were like any other. My husband had the greens and broccoli and he said it was just OK. The only good thing we had was the pecan cobbler. It was tasty and filling. Basically my husband and I will not be going back for a while. If we do go it will be for breakfast. Some people around us were eating it and it looked better than our food.

The chicken and dumplings were so good and inexpensive that I would go out of my way to come back here.
