I guess at least they are consistent with their bad customer service. They messaged me for my number and I gave it to them, 5 months later… No response. Pathetic service. Haven’t been back since, and won’t be going back.

Went there for lunch today. Food was good. Service was good. Wait staff rushing around to tables made me feel rushed as well. If you’re looking for fries with your sandwich, you won’t find them here. Soup or salad are the only choices. We ordered iced tea with our meal and according to the menu free refills. No refills were ever offered. Instead a pitcher of water was brought which we did not ask for. The cost of the tea added $ 5.00 to cost of meal. Too pricey for me.

Great food! Our daughters are picky eaters and they made their plates to order. Great service!

Amazing! Superb! Wonderful! I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing this is! The staff was wonderful, the food phenomenal! The atmosphere was sophisticated yet casual. The manager was amazing I watched him bus tables and seat people. It’s just all around amazing. If your looking for the best breakfast in town this is the spot.

Cons: I can see why this place has a slightly lower rating than the First Watch on 68th, the service. No wonder my coworkers always want to eat at the other location of this chain. Save yourself the aggravation and go to the alternate location(8104 E 68th St, Tulsa, OK74133). When I arrived at the restaurant, there were a few parties ahead of me and I was quoted a time of 10 – 15 minutes. After everyone else in the waiting area was seated and all new arrivals after me were seated, I started getting a bit restless. Tried to be patient and gave them the benefit of doubt that those new arrivals may just have been on the list ahead of me somehow. I checked with the hostess and learned my name had been marked off the list. Sure a mistake was made, but no one took responsibility for it. It was all«Too many captains on this ship» and«too many people up at the hostess station.» That’s not my fault is it? They seated me and proceeded to act like nothing was wrong. Normally, when a restaurant makes a mistake like this the manager usually comes to apologize and then offers to comp something without any prompting from the customer. This is a national chain, not some mom and pop local establishment that couldn’t afford to do such a thing. In this instance, I had to ask to speak to the manager. Surprising, the person in charge was the same girl from the hostess stand. Her whole attitude was that a mistake was made and she couldn’t do anything about it. She actually said multiple times the words, «Well what do you want me to do about it?» Full on hands on hips, head bobbing/weaving. I wanted to say that I wanted them to actually be sorry, or appear more apologetic, or try to make it up to me in some way. Instead, I explained that typically, chain restaurants have things they normally do for customers in these types of situations. This of course made it seem like I was looking for a hand out. I wasn’t. I didn’t go to this restaurant expecting an incident to happen. I was just an unhappy customer used to a higher standard of service. We ended up getting a card for one free meal at any location the next time we wanted to have breakfast. Gave it to my brother in law. Felt dirty taking it. My intent was not a free meal. I’ve eaten at several locations of this chain and I’ve got to say this is the worst one I’ve been to. Pros: We really like the food at First Watch and will continue dining at the other locations in town and around the country. It will be a very very long time, if ever, before we come to this location again. Takes credit cards. Free coffee while you wait for your food. It’s in a shopping complex with plenty of parking.

I’ve eaten here quite a few times. They get busy so we try and go early. Like any busy breakfast joint you may have one bad service experience every dozen visits. I’d say that’s pretty good. I usually try the seasonal specialty drinks. They can be hit or miss depending on freshness of fruit. They are worth a shot though. They have plenty of healthy breakfast options. I have liked nearly every plate tried. By far my favorite is the cherry chicken quinoa bowl.

Excellent food! We got a complimentary crêpe for being first time guests! The crêpe was absolutely delicious covered in yogurt, strawberries and bananas. We felt spoiled! Had the yogurt parfait with lots of yummy granola and mixed fruit and their«muffin for the day» cranberry orange muffin was out of this world!!! Also, got a kale tonic to go that was amazing! Definitely will be coming back here if hubster and I are in the area.

A nice breakfast place although not outstanding. Service was very average, food was good. The food selections were interesting and upscale but not much traditional breakfast fare. Would I go back? Probably.

I drove past this place and stopped to look on Unilocal to see what others thought. What a find. It might be a little pricey, but probably worth it. Everything seemed very fresh. A nice blend of healthy items along with bacon. Things like turkey sausage and kale gave me the feeling that someone was thinking outside the box for their breakfast menu. I had a dish where they grilled two pieced of sourdough break and cut a hole in the middle. Then they fried(i think) two eggs over easy and put that over the bread and added some hollandaise and chopped tomatoes. On the side was a blend of grilled onion, bacon, kale, garlic. Between 9 and 10 dollars. It was delicious. Bright a cheery place, great service, just the right amount of checking on me. Brought a pitcher of water. I didn’t try the coffee and they do not have things like cappuccino. There were so many things on the menu, i literally just relaxed and read for a while. Tough choices because there were so many interesting combinations. When I left the house I was just looking for biscuits and gravy. I recommend this place and will return. I hear it gets busy on weekends.

Absolutely wonderful. Have had a great experience here. The customer service was very quick and checked on tables regularly. Very busy in the morning around 10, even when the waiting room was full, they got us seated within 5 minutes. Food tasted wonderful, it was filling yet not heavy. I can tell the ingredients used to make the food is high quality and fresh. Again, as I have said before In review of this fine restaurant, they have very good potatoes. Not greasy at all, but perfectly spiced and grilled. I would recommend anyone to this restaurant at any time of the day. If you come here, you will not regret it! Happy eating! Spencer Yonce

This is hands down and away the best breakfast spot in Tulsa. Everyone I have told about this place also loves it. It’s fresh healthy food made perfectly. I wish I could give it more stars!

Excellent Florentine Eggs Benedict. Two poached eggs over spinach and slices of avocados. The creamy hollandaise sauce was made just the right consistency. The English muffin was fresh and soft. The kale juice was very refreshing. The sweetness and sourness, as well as the inviting green tone, made the juice just right for a morning beverage.

this place is superb. first thing I noticed. coffee while you wait for a table. GENIUS. it was packed when I went on a Saturday morning(as expected), but the wait wasn’t bad — maybe 20 minutes. and clearly, I was a lot happier knowing that I had a copious supply of coffee right at my fingertips while waiting. they give you your own pot o’ coffee when you sit down. yeeeee. this makes the deepest parts of me jump for joy. their menu is out of this world — so many tasty options. I hate going to breakfast places knowing that I am out of luck if I want something healthy. first watch is not like that — lots of healthy items to choose from. so that’s a HUGE plus in my book. I got an egg white omelette with fruit and a tasty English muffin. my mom ordered pancakes(lots of awesome flavors to choose from), eggs, and EXTRACRISPY bacon. let it be known that my mother enjoys her bacon practically burnt. few restaurants serve her this. two for you, glen coco. you go glen coco. ladies & gentlemen: First watch is a straight up CROWDPLEASER. extra crispy bacon was served and extra tip for first watch was earned. good service, pleasant atmosphere, the signs are all pointing to first watch. GO, RUN, and EAT.

Once you try it there is no comparing to any other breakfast place. There are some places in tulsa with great breakfast food, however first watch accomplishes a melt in your mouth experience with out the unhealthy fattening feeling afterwords. My favorite breakfast spot.

Well, I can definitely see why this place was named Tulsa’s best breakfast. First of all, our waiter showed up to our table with coffee pot in hand and I have never been more tempted to kiss a stranger on the face. It was just such a nice touch as far as service goes(and I was in super need of my morning caffeine). I had the Bacon and Onion hash and holy freaking moly. It was delicious. Imagine a bed of hash browns covered in melted cheese, bacon, and topped with two eggs over easy. THATSALLITISANDITSSOGOOD. I was literally crying happy tears while eating it. I also had a single carrot cake pancake and it was amazing amounts of good. I love that their breakfast food feels a little healthier. The vibe is really nice and simple. But with food this good they don’t need anything else.

A refreshing breakfast option for Tulsa. Quality ingredients, unique entrée options and the price of IHOP! I got the chickichanga, which was very tasty and the perfect sized portion. Definitely try the day glow(fresh squeezed juice). Also, the coffee was pretty good too. There will be a wait if you go on Saturday morning, just a heads up. But the food is worth it.

Came here for family breakfast on Saturday and Shelley took great care of us. We sat at the back room and overall this was a great experience. The food is fresh and the menu has an interesing variety. We had the orange, carrot, ginger and lemon juice and it was very refreshing. Plus coffee and fountain drinks. I had the Bacado and hubby had the Acapulco. Very generous portions. I think this place is low carb friendly(please forget I mentioned the juice) since it has options other than hash browns. I had the dressed greens with my omelette and they were fairly good. Shelley was outstanding from beginning to end. Kudos to her for keeping up with refills even after we were done with our breakfast. That is something that I appreciate a lot since some times a meal is not enough time to catch up with friends and family. I know, I know, sometimes I feel guilty staying long and I reflect it on my tip, but not everywhere you can feel as welcome as we did this time. Thanks Shelley!

Finding excellent breakfast spots in Tulsa has been a challenge. First Watch was an excellent discovery. The Location on Lewis and 81st has made improvements on a pretty good staff to raise the level of service and attention. The food has always been very good, served hot and, in most cases, faster than you expect. I am a fan of the Acapulco Express Omelette, the sometimes get skimpy on the Green Chili’s but, the Chorizo they use has tons of flavor and makes up for it. I also have grown to love the Bubba’s Benny. It’s basically a bowl with Biscuits, topped with Turkey Sausage Patties, than Eggs and Covered in Sausage Gravy. Don’t mistake their Turkey Sausage for anything less than excellent, flavorful breakfast sausage. I love Pork too but this is a delicious sausage. If you are looking for something light and healthy, they have many choices. I like the Energy Bowl, Fresh Fruit, Vanilla Yogurt and Granola and sometimes substitute it for my potatoes. They can be very busy at breakfast but, the Fresh Coffee served while you wait makes it easier. I have never had to wait for coffee and they leave a small carafe at the table to make refills and warm ups easy. If I have any complaint it is with the occasional slow or inattentive staff member. I have found if you find a good server, you can ask for her/him and they do make a huge difference and turnover seems to be fairly low for the industry. Also, and I have no idea why this is in some places, they can skimp on potatoes. This never makes sense to me, it is one of the least expensive staples to load on a plate. Those breakfast restaurants that load on potatoes make the plate look more full and, in my opinion, this makes a difference in the perceived cost of the meal.
