They do biscuits like biscuits are supposed to be! Gravy was nice and peppery. Eggs Benedict was yummy and the hash browns perfect. The Hubby had Duffy’s Mexicali breakfast, very good! I think we found our breakfast place

More than enough food for a person at a decent price. It’s ready here again. It was good

Hometown diner with very ample portions. I had the fried green tomatoes which were out of the world! Then the catfish and shrimp combo plate. It came with three sides… Yes, three! And a home made dinner roll. Everything was just delicious and so reasonably priced. Not a fancy place but well worth it!

This is a well known café with some great food. Went here today and got the special, turkey and dressing. Well its not Thanksgiving but why not. The special was really good and almost more food than you can eat. This is one of the better places in town to get a chicken fried steak and a great breakfast also. There are also locations south and BA, all consistently good. I will go out on a limb and say Duffys is one of the top five Cafes in town. Some may disagree.

A great old school diner with awesome breakfast! I got the French toast party and the hubs got the pancake party… neither of us could finish our meals, but not for lack of trying! Lol

This is a great little diner for breakfast. We visit about once a month when family is in town and have never been disappointed. The staff takes and returns with your drink order fairly quickly and after that your coffee cup rarely runs dry. We like to get the meat lovers omelet and substitute fruit in place of the hash browns. Good food, good service!

My wife and I were at Duffy’s this morning in our quest to visit all the local diners in our area. Duffy’s at 15th and Lewis is a friendly place, and we’ve found the food and the service to be excellent. Today’s breakfast was The Pancake Party! Two eggs, bacon or sausage, and two large pancakes. Needless to say, lunch is not an issue. Other menu options are omelettes, waffles, French toast; the usual diner fare, I personally like to hear regulars converse with each other and the waitresses. This banter was interesting to over hear. There was even some Girl Scout cookie selling going on. For a good and reasonably priced breakfast try Duffy’s on 15th.

A good little mom and pop diner. We had a delicious breakfast with great service. Their waitresses are the traditional diner ladies. A gem in our fast food society.

I stopped in here for breakfast this morning while running errands and was pleasantly surprised. the place was clean and well kept, the staff were pleasant and courteous, and the food was prepared exactly how I’d asked. I can be pretty specific about how I want my food prepared, but the cook got it spot-on! The only drawback is they’re not the fastest place to get a meal in town. I had a lot of things to do this morning and didn’t expect to be there as long as I was. That said, I’ll definitely go back to sample their dinner menu when I have an evening free. If it’s half as good as the breakfast I’ll be satisfied.

Went here last Sun. for breakfast and I will never go back. To start off, the coffee tasted like half coffee half water, we asked for new coffee, were looked at like we were crazy, and then brought new coffee that unfortunately tasted the same. My blueberry pancake had about 4 blueberries in the entire pancake. My husband said his bacon tasted like cardboard. Our friend said she had way better eggs benedict at Tally’s(11th& Yale).

As far as the Local Diner goes, this is my favorite. Good food, decent prices. The onion rings are made on site and very tasty. I recommend the Philly Steak Sandwich. Avoid the salads. As with most of these diners(tallys, westren country diner…) the salads are basic iceberg lettuce with dressing on top.
