When we first pulled into the parking lot my first impression was the restaurant looked like a Denny’s. Do not be deterred, this place is anything but a Denny’s. We were greeted and taken care of by very friendly staff(around 7:45am, they must be morning people). David, our waiter, was very friendly, attentive, patient, and energetic. He is the waiter I would like to have as our waiter every time we go. The menu was filled with fresh healthy options. I ended up choosing the Smoked Brisket Hash and let me tell you, you could never go wrong with this dish. I was amazed at the sweet and savory flavors and how all of the they came together as they danced across my tongue. The boyfriend had the Acapulco Express Omelette. He enjoyed the spiciness of the chorizo, green chilies, and the housemade salsa. We also liked that the ketchup was high fructose corn syrup free, the salt and pepper shakers were made from recycled glass, did not use plastic cups for the sauces, and the takeout containers are compostable. The attention to the tiny details really stands out as this restaurant not only serves fresh food, but is environmentally conscious.

This might be the best idea for a healthy breakfast and lunch place in Oklahoma. First watch is my new favorite. The food is suburb, the menu is healthy and diverse, and the waitress is very friendly. I had A great meal and plan to be back.

Pass up IHOP and Denny’s for a local choice. Fresh ingredients, never greasy and excellent taste make First Watch the Tulsa favorite. The story of how the restaurant was created hooked me but the food and service will keep me coming back.

I had the raisin bread French toast with a side of grits. Food was quick and delicious. Our waitress and other staff were friendly.

It’s been awhile since I’ve had First Watch so I decided to go in for brunch today. We went in about 1045 and were able to get a booth without having to wait. I didn’t catch our server’s name, but he was friendly and did a good job. I had the Parma Hash and it was a little slow to be served, but it was as delicious as always. The coffee is also a must for anyone that is a coffee drinker.

I visited here on a Saturday morning. We were able to get a table for 6 quickly, which we here thrilled with. It was quite busy of course, but our waitress wasn’t great. I asked three times before I got water. She forgot some other things as well. I could tell she was really busy and seemed frustrated. I had the Greek omelet and greens. It was very good. The prices were kind of high, we thought, for the food. Overall the food wasn’t bad or anything, but the overall experience for the price wasn’t great. I would like to try it again when it is more calm.

My husband I took his mom and his mom’s friend to this restaurant. We were visiting Tulsa and not to familiar with the restaurants. Since I am the pickiest one(I am vegan, and truly no one else has an opinion on where to eat) I always end up choosing the restaurant. I found this one rated well on Unilocal so we gave it a try. We were all really happy with our meals. They serve breakfast foods with slightly more interesting options than Denny’s or IHOP. They also have lunch menu with sandwiches and, luckily for me, a veggie burger! I also got a fresh juice with kale, lime, & ginger! We all liked our food and would definitely go back. The only issue I have with the restaurant is that it is only open until 2pm,

FOOD: The eggscrepe is amazing! Thin layer of egg/crêpe mixture stuffed with chicken, cheese, bacon, and avocado. Each bite was delectable. I also had the kale tonic which was tasty AND healthy. SERVICE: Super friendly and attentive waiter who was easy on the eyes lol VALUE: Big portions around $ 10 per entrée LASTWORD: Stop by for a easy going breakfast!

Most people flock to this place for the breakfast, but I actually come here for the sandwiches with the side salads. Always fresh and made to order. The Reuben and the Beefeater sandwiches are the best bet in my opinion. The breakfast is always solid with traditional to healthier options. The only issue I have with First Watch is most everything on the menu sometime lacks seasoning. This may due to older clientele here being a majority of the customers. Overall, a good breakfast/brunch option. This location is always consistent but I do not recommend the S Lewis location.

Excellent breakfast place!!! Service and food were both top notch. I had a breakfast skillet with potatoes, roasted onions, roasted zucchini, roasted mushrooms, spinach, goat cheese and jack cheese, topped with two scrambled eggs. Thanks Unilocal for the recommendations. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Tulsa.

This place gets one star because the scrambled eggs were actually decent(which I somewhat finished, thanks to the generous amount of salt and pepper I sprinkled on them.) Also, because of the complimentary multigrain crêpe filled with strawberries and bananas layered with strawberry low-fat yogurt, which was somewhat decent as well. First of all, I took three bites of my Avocado toast and I couldn’t go on because I suddenly felt disgusted. My husband’s Eggs Benedict had the worst yolk consistency and texture he’s ever tasted. The potatoes in his hash were all different, some were undercooked and some were stale. The fruit inside the little aluminum cups tasted as if it had been sitting inside a fridge for over two weeks. I had to spit out into my napkin a piece of honeydew because it was that gross. As we were paying, the gentleman at the cashier asked how our food was. We were honest and said that it was kind of disgusting and we were still hungry because we didn’t actually finish the food. He just chuckled and sarcastically responded«oh yeah, as always, right?» He didn’t even apologize or ask why, which we found rude. If we ever find ourselves out in Oklahoma again, this definitely won’t be our choice of breakfast. We enjoy healthy food, but everything we ordered was just all sorts of wrong. I honestly don’t know how this place has 5 stars.

Man this place is so good. It was busy as all get out for Brunch on a Saturday. We got in and got seated. The menu is stacked full of healthy choices but also so delicious favorites. I ended up getting oatmeal and bacon. Not too heavy but very filling. I always get something different when I go. Very delicious!

So good. A lot of healthy options. Great service. Grab a free bible on your way out or you can read it while you are waiting to be seated. The décor is very nice and current. The restrooms are clean and smelly really nice according to my 5 year old daughter. The coffee is the bomb! The portions from the children’s menu are big enough to fill up my 8yr old son who we refer to as our gentle giant. That was a relief. This is one my new fave spots for breakfast in Tulsa.

I love this first watch. Locally sourced ingredients when available. Friendly staff. Fluffy & crispy waffles. The«hashes» are unique combinations. Full bodied coffee. Fresh juiced fruit & vegetables juices. Their own granola bulk available.

This is how breakfast places _should_be. I’ve been here several times and never been disappointed once. There are lots of healthy menu options to choose from and just a lot of variety on the menu. Everything has always been served hot & fresh. The only down side is their coffee — just not my favorite. On the plus side, they serve a full carafe of water if you ask.(Yes, I drink lots of water with my meals!) It’s a nice touch. Service is always excellent with a friendly and well trained staff. They’re open only for breakfast & lunch and I can only vouch for the breakfast items. If there are a lot of cars in the lot, don’t worry. Usually, it’s just a group using one of their meeting rooms. Anyway, they have a sign out front letting you know if immediate seating is available. Wifi usually works really well — so you can get some work done if you want. If you like having breakfast out, you really can’t go wrong here!

I had never been here before and we came in for a brunch with some co-workers. I had a power wrap which was good. It was egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, ham, and swiss in a sun dried tomato tortilla. Pretty tasty. What got me hooked was the Kale Tonic that I had with it. Amazing green freshly juiced juice. Ive been looking up recipes for it to make it at home ever since I left. The service was great and Ill def be coming back!

Great place for brunch. Excellent service. Usually there is a bit of a wait, but it is well worth it. I recommend the iced coffee! It is absolutely delicious. The Healthy Turkey is a mouth watering egg white omelet made with turkey, spinach, onions, and feta. It also comes with an English muffin. Please try this! It’s amazing.

I love this place! It’s the perfect place for a nice weekend breakfast. I like that they post the calorie count of each menu item online, so I know exactly what I want when I get there and I don’t feel any guilt eating it! The coffee is delicious, we always order it. Today I got the Triathlete with a muffin on the side. It was healthy and tasty!
