Beyond awful. I’ve been going to LensCrafters for years. I went to this location since it was closer, just to get my glasses adjusted. A man literally broke them in half and then gave the pieces back to me, saying to buy super glue and glue them together. I work at a high impact job, that wasn’t going to work. I called corporate(first time I ever complained), and they were nice enough to get me to another store, where they fixed this guy’s mistake. Turns out he is the manager there. Do not even walk in this store.

This will be my last time going back to LensCrafters, I’ve made 5 trips up there already because they didn’t get my prescription right. they wrote down the wrong numbers and then we’re very rude when I told them something wasn’t right, the lady at the front desk insisted that I needed to wear them to get used to them and I insisted that they check them, after her irritation she took me to the back and checked things over and realized they wrote down the wrong numbers. there’s only one person in the optical area that seem to know what they were doing and that was the guy making the glasses.

Worst place ever. I rarely give bad reviews but this place deserves it. Needed glasses while on vacation… Forget about getting glasses done in an hour, they are always backed up and the staff is rude. They should be fired. After telling my story to my aunt she told me they gave her the wrong prescription and told her that her eyes would get used to it. 6 months later they finally acknowledged it. Don’t go here.
