First of all, the employees are FANTASTIC. I thought they opened at 0900 and showed up at 0930. Ended up, they open at 1100. They opened and served me anyway!!! Please don’t do this to them!!! He said it would take awhile, they got a little saucepan and made beef phở, just for me!!! The one guy was fluent in English, the other knew some English words. When I saw all the lights off, I totally didn’t expect them serve me, I just wanted to know what time they opened, so I could come back. Okay, I love they guys that own/work at the place. The beef phở was as good as full service Vietnamese restaurants in New Orleans and Virginia! They give your the traditional sides and it was 2 – 3 cups of soup for the regular. These guys are great and compassionate, whole other story. :-)

Pholicious is my current obsession! I eat here at least twice a week, as it’s so convenient and the food is so good! Don’t let the fact that they are located in a food court scare you, most times you can park right outside the door. They have several protein options, and their broth is very flavorful! Definitely worth giving it a try!

For the price its decent, a bang for your money… I was hesitant at first because it’s in the mall but they served it quick and fresh.

I have never seen a phở restaurant in a mall and I was craving phở. I ordered a regular size and they were displaying a promo for their spiral potatoes. The manager I assume saw my son and asked if he wanted it. My son said yes. We got our order and out comes my son’s spiral potato at no extra charge! This place is amazing and their taro bubble tea with boba is delicious! Thank you guys for reminding me of home! And thank you for producing delicious awesome food!

Well today I found a great new place that serves delicious phở! Phở(fuh) for those of you who may not know, is a type of Vietnamese soup, typically made from beef stock and spices, add noodles and thinly sliced beef or chicken and you have a great meal! Pholicious is a new food stand in the Woodland Hills Mall food court! I saw it being constructed a few weeks back, and thought to my self that I should try it upon their opening! Today after some light shopping I stopped to see what they had! I chose the regular bowl of mixed Felix phở. It had shrimp, beef and sausage, sprouts, bay, lime and of course rice noodles. They served it steaming hot and the flavor was every good as my favorite phở place on 81st and Harvard! For $ 7.00, pholicious gives you a great taste of Vietnam in urban Tulsa. I highly recommend this place, and will defiantly be coming back!

Pros: I usually get the spring rolls, tator twister, and coconut smoothie w/boba. I’ve only ever had tator twisters at fairs and have not ever seen them at any restaurants. More interesting, why is a Vietnamese restaurant offering this deliciously fried, crispy goodie? Incongruous, but delicious. Accepts credit cards. Cons: Why is there no ketchup for the tator twister? Instead, they have this weird ketchup powder? I usually end up getting ketchup from one of the other eating establishments. I don’t get the phở here because I don’t like phở(of any kind from anywhere). My husband has tried it a couple times and wasn’t impressed. Maybe he should try it again now that they are under new management?

I found out about this place last week and figured out a way to conveniently be nearby during lunchtime. I had the chicken phở and it was good… like really good… like it didn’t matter that it was 105 degrees out and I was eating soup good. My only reservation: You get a baggie with all the accessories, BUT many of the leaves in my bag were wilty/brown(the leaves I would throw away at home). Not too big of a deal, but still not awesome.

I haven’t had Boba Tea(Bubble Tea) in ages! It just randomly popped in my head that I wanted some, so I did some research & saw this place. I never paid attention to the food court at Promenade but this is significant for Tulsa, not known for things like Boba Tea. I got the strawberry milk tea with boba at the bottom. Pretty sweet, but a good sweet. Also, creamy-tasting. The difference between the two sizes, is 50¢, so it’s probably best to go with a large unless you’re not that thirsty. They have a lot of flavors to choose from. They also have smoothies & tea to get as well, for the non-milk tea sippers.

This is such an odd gem. Who expects good food in a mall food court? The Phở was exceptional — very tasty, very fresh, and served hot. Nice sides to add in as you like. Even the spring rolls were fantastic.

phở-fucking-licious I’ve been searching for a good phở restaurant in Tulsa ever since I moved back and this was the best for how CHEAP it is. I was also surprised at how good this phở place is despite the fact that it’s in the mall food court.

So good and healthy. I am very like the strawberry smoothie. It is a favorite flavor in here. I can add more the tapioca in my drink. It is delicious. They make so fast.

Best Phở in Tulsa– hands down. This is truly a hidden gem tucked inside of the promenade mall!!! This is my first Unilocal review, but I loved this place so much I had to let people know. You will not be disappointed.

Went yesterday while at the Promenade. Asked for a large beef phở to go. He asked how far I would be taking it, I said to Sapulpa, so he put the broth in a more heat tolerant container. Got it home, and was better than expected for a food court dish. My favorite phở place is phở da cai on 31st. This one is a close second. The noodles were perfect and the portion for large is similar to a regular portion at the previous place I mentioned. Typical accompaniments but did not have jalapeño but served with a sriracha sauce I believe and what appeared to be hoisin sauce. Broth very good for food court fare, but I did notice a lot of microwave use, but I was too busy watching for husband and son that I didn’t pay attention to what they were nuking. All in all, if I don’t have time or gas money to go to phở da cai, I will get my phở fix at pholicious!

The Tea is gross, they just add syrup to the green tea, the boba is dry and chewy. The broth has no flavor. Typical for mall food. Gross

This is incredible. Even if they weren’t in the mall food court, I would go to wherever they are. The servings are massive and totally fresh. I love how the extras they leave on the side so you decide what else that goes in. the beef noodle bowl is great and they graciously gave me some fish balls to try. get past the name and they are good. Also ordered the spring rolls, MASSIVE! Tea is a nice finish on the palate. The last thing to say is the teenagers working there are actually very polite and helpful, others could learn from this establishment.

Coming from California. One of the main things I missed in Tulsa was Boba. Went to Sumatra and Asian Mart and didn’t particularly like their Boba. Decided to search if there was another place in Tulsa with Boba and found this. Totally worth it BESTBOBAINTULSA(even if that isn’t saying much.)

HOLYCOW. Tulsa finally has a decent bubble tea place! I’ve only gotten milk tea with boba here(because that’s all I really care about). The tea is really sweet at first, yes, but as the ice melts, it dilutes the tea to the perfect taste. Boba isn’t too chewy or too hard. –1 star because it’s kind of expensive(more than $ 4 for a cup). Sadly, to get my fix, I will still fork over the money.

Not only is the food delicious and cheap(hard to find), but the staff are so courteous and sweet! They’re newer around here, so I was a bit hesitant to try them out, but it’s really good! Pholicious has a lifetime customer~

I was really happy to see a place that serves Phở in a fast and easy way. I eat phở often and usually have to drive quite a distance and go to a sit down restaurant. This place is certainly convenient and the prices are good. Also I save money on tip and gas. The phở is decent. It isn’t the quality that you get from a phở restaurant but for«fast food» phở it is good. The broth has a good flavor. You get a package that contains bean sprouts, cilantro, basil and a lime. The meat is probably frozen pre packaged stuff. Overall I would visit again when I need a fast phở fix. They also sell bubble tea as well as spring and summer rolls.
