Problem never resolved, called and left messages several times. Never got a call back, bad business ethics! I would not recommend anyone to this dealer.

Looks like I did a good thing by staying away from my local Tulsa Mazda dealership. My family and I have been long time Mazda owners, and I was interested in purchasing another. I went to this dealership(I believe a fellow by the name of Ian was the salesman) and was treated very poorly. In shock with his unprofessionalism, we walked off the dealerships lot! A «1» star rating is too high — I would give a «0» star rating if it was an option on Unilocal. Dealerships need to realize most of their business success is by «word of mouth», and returning HAPPY customers. These days with the power of social media, and Internet reviews, they should at least treat people with respect. My wife and I chose to go to Mazda in OKC. Mike at Mazda in OKC not only respected us and treated us like human beings, he also worked with our budget and gave us a great deal on our newest 2015 Mazda. Looking forward to buying my next Mazda vehicle at Mazda in OKC. Thanks Mazda OKC!

Even with an appointment, you’ll still have to wait to get your car looked at. The observation deck is good — I like to know if my tires were actually rotated or not — and the technicians are professional. EDIT: I take back«professional.» After the last tire rotation, I noticed that 2 of my tires were split on the rims which could have caused a blow-out at any time. The technician who rotated them never bothered to really inspect them for damage or wear/tear. I’ve also expected to at least get a heads-up about air filter changes. Not one time in all the times I’ve taken my car in has anyone said anything about the air filter needing to be changed. As soon as I take the car to another dealership, they advised that not only did the air filter need to be changed, it should have been changed«several oil changes ago» which tells me Nelson doesn’t do an inspection of the filters that I’ve actually paid for. Never again. They will never get my business again.

It’s a Car Dealership, but everyone there is seemingly nice enough.
