I love Outback. But not this one so much. The filet was cooked perfectly. The sweet potato was dwlicious, but very small. It was the size of a baseball, and that is being generous. Usually, the potatoes are almost football sized. The asparagus was horrible. A 2×4 would have been easier to chew. The only reason I gave this location 2 stars was the bartender. She was efficient and at tentative. This store is not up to the standards of any other outback where I have dined.

Had eaten at Outback so stopped in for lunch. Started off with Chicken Quesadillas these were not bad. Next was the Ribeye* Melt it said new so maybe it won’t be for long. It was described as «Tender ribeye topped with grilled onions, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese and garlic aioli, all on a toasted artisan bun. Aussie fries» Tender ribeye was 2 small slices about 1/8″ thick. Didn’t see any grilled onions, mostly bread and about 20 fries. Wasn’t enough to declare tender. The other entrée was Grilled Chicken on the Barbie Seasoned and wood-fire grilled chicken breast with our signature bbq sauce. Fresh seasonal mixed veggies. 5 oz, 8 oz Chicken looked like it was from being frozen, hard to cut, no flavor I expected more being a steak house. Would not recommend this restaurant. Cost ended up being over 50.00 with soft drinks and tip.

Literally the worst wait I’ve ever had. I’ve been waiting here for an hour now and still haven’t gotten the food. Would not recommend to anyone

OH Outback, I love your 6 oz Victoria Filet, but I despise your service. Seriously, I would really like to come here more so I can get my under 600 calorie steak and veggie meal, but every time I come I leave so frustrated with your service I cannot bring myself to return for a few months. The service here is slow at best, inattentive, and downright painful. I must admit the manager does try and make things right, but you can only do this so many times without improvement and expect people to still be patrons of your restaurant. I have to give them a 3 star rating because the food does not disappoint, however, sometimes it is cold because of the poor service. Outback, improve your service and I promise you I will continue to come back!

Don’t eat steak often but when I do I want a grand experience! Walked in the door and was greeted by an overly excited gentleman but he was nice. Was seated and ordered a few drinks and appetizer. The waitress took order and came back and said they were out of Tuaca which I wasn’t happy about. The steak was ok, as well as the bread and soups. The wall in the booth needed cleaning also. I more than likely would not eat here again.

Always have liked Outback. Everything has great flavor and is to my liking. Anymore, I’m starting to wonder if any chain restaurant is worth spending money at due to inconsistency the with food and service. Ordered the Outback burger for lunch which I hadn’t had before. It came out underseasoned and medium rare instead of medium. No big deal, I can eat either. The Ceasars salad was great which I’ve always liked. The service was just OK. I’m not going to blame it on the waiting staff because they not only had to deal with the food, but were having to run to the bar and mix drinks which slowed service down. I mean if push comes to shove and there isn’t a bartender on site, then the manager needs to step in and assume the roll. Just odd to me to have waitresses running in and out of the kitchen serving food and then having to go to the bar and mix drinks. Another thing that’s annoying is why wait 20 minutes to bring the bread or right before your food is served to you? I know it’s ridiculous, but I have always loved Outbacks bread with butter and would like it served when the drinks are brought out. How hard is it too have bread ready for a customer when they sit down to order their food or at least shortly after?

Today, my husband and I ate lunch here and it was a great lunch for the price! He ordered the Top Shelf ‘Rita and I ordered the Moscato along with our appetizer, cheese fries. He ate the cheese fries since I have texture issues and didn’t care for it. We both ordered the lunch special. He got the Bloomin burger and fries while my choice was the Outbacker burger with mustard only. The burgers were cooked to perfection; medium and the fries were well seasoned. My moscato wine was light and delicious. The margarita was excellent as well. I ordered a dessert; a mini birthday shake which was thick and rich, topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. It was just the right amount of dessert and was the perfect end to a great lunch.

The outback it’s a generic restaurant that you could find almost any place in the world. If you want something different try someplace else, otherwise you’re stuck with a franchise restaurant.

Good food good service. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Food come out prepared as ordered. The onion petals were delicious and a good value for two people. Would eat there again. This location does not offer a military discount.

We arrived at 12:30 — the restaurant was not busy, less than a dozen tables were occupied. We stood in the entry for several minutes before a host appeared to seat us. Our waitress was nice and attentive, but the kitchen end of the visit was less than stellar. It took a looooong time to get our meals. My ribs and garlic mashed potatoes were tepid. Another party member ordered the shrimp Caesar salad, and the shrimp were also tepid. Hubby ordered one of the sandwich offerings, which he said was«Ok.» Dessert came a little more quickly and was more acceptable. During our meal, we watched the staff having a rollicking good time in the kitchen, and one staff member spent an extraordinary amount of time playing on his cell phone. All in all, not up to the quality of service and food that we usually get from Outback, but we also frequent the store on East 71st. Probably will avoid this location going forward.

What has happened at this Outback? The quality of food has gone down. The prime rib I got was fat and no taste.

As a chain restaurant Outback upholds their quality standard fairly well. After several visits to this location the Bloomin’ Onion is consistently cooked well and the prices are on par with other Outback locations(not great, but acceptable). I fail to share in the laude heaped upon this location for their steaks and service. For their steaks, you could easily have a better seasoned/quality cut of meat from a Longhorn Steakhouse(if you’re using a chain). As to service, every time we’ve been to this location the servers seem very attentive to the larger parties(3+), but seem to mostly overlook my wife and I. On every occasion they have left long gaps of time(5−10mins) before taking our order, after we have clearly put our menus away. When they do take our order the staff is friendly, but that does little to make you feel better after watching them attentively serve larger parties(3+) while you wait to order your food. On a scale of horrible to outstanding, it’s a solid«meh.»

Yea, it is a chain, but the food is good, the prices good, atmosphere lively. Service was good too, even at the bar. Expect to wait, however, it is popular. Best bang for the buck.

Ok, you think that Ruth Chris is the go to place for an an amazing cut of meat — but until you’ve tried the«Crab topped Victoria’s filet» at Outback then your missing out.. . In today’s busy lifestyle Kevin the GM of this location makes it a point to talk to his guests to ensure there food & service are what they expected. Seriously a forgotten key part of those that are successful… Thanks Kevin Did I mention I was able to cut my filet with a fork — seriously best I’ve tasted!

I don’t usually feel compelled to issue five stars to a chain, but this particular Outback knocks it out of the park every time I am here with outstanding service and the most consistently perfectly cooked and beautifully cut steaks around. The pricing point is very reasonable for the quality of the experience and food. Even my picky husband is impressed with their attentiveness and quality each visit. I don’t know about other Outback Steakhouse locations, but the managers and staff at this location deserve a round of applause for what I believe is some of the best service in town, bar none.

Our servers are always excellent. I believe our last server was Josh at this location. Super friendly and service was fantastic. We love Rebecca that tends Bar and their manager Amber is always making sure everyone has a good experience. We’ve tried steak everywhere and we always go back. No one makes a rare steak and sweet potato like them!:p

The Shrimp and Steak Combo is fairly priced, with Unlimited Shrimp. My New York Strip was cooked exactly how I asked it to be, which is always nice to see. The service stood out, it was excellent.

I’m not normally a big fan of chain restaurants, but Outback is just consistently good. Chains are all about offering consistency, but at Outback, it is a good thing — they change the menu up enough that it doesn’t get stale. The booths are comfy an the atmosphere is low-key. If you visit the Yale Tulsa location, be sure to ask for Heather P. Outback’s servers are generally all good, but she is great. She always remembers what we don’t and don’t like and is so friendly and personable. The managers at Outback usually stop by your table and they are also very customer service oriented. Outback does a great job of offering a good menu at a reasonable price, with servers who are all good at their jobs. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent! I got the 6 oz sirloin with grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes and green beans. There was a lot of food for $ 13 and it was all very very very GOOD! My tummy was happy and it made my day a lot better. The shrimp came with some zesty sassy sauce that I loved. I only wish there had been more than 3 shrimp… ha. But oh gosh it was all so good! It took a little time for our food to come but everything was incredible.
