Applebee’s

This place is terrible! Long wait, poor and very rude service recived today. The food and the waitress were horrible! Even when I complained, the manager ingnored me and pretended not to hear me. Total waste of money… stay away from this dump!

I love Appblebee’s, good cheap food fast. You can drink get a great dessert. But not at this location. The service is always horrible. No matter what day of the week or time. The servers do not check on you. I waited for 30 minutes for a soda. Even after I asked several times. I finally had to walk over to the bar and ask the bartender. He brought my drink and 15 minutes later my waiter was still no where to be found! Then my wings were cold and my steak was over cooke three times. Do not go to this location. Stay far far from it.

Not sure what’s going on but for several weeks they have kept the store dark outside when nightfall hits, it can’t be good for business to let people think they are closed, how would the waiters make money? Told the hostess but nothing yet still dark, hope the food is still good.

Let me save you some time and money… don’t ever eat here. It’s mother’s day so I decided to brave the crowds and go to Texas Road House after about an hour and a half wait we decided to leave and try a different restaurant. we ended up at applebees. what a mistake… the first red flag was there wasn’t a line out of the door on Mothers day… ok let’s begin with the smell when you walk in and dingy carpet that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. trash overflowing out of the bins… no silverware available for our dinner. …the ribs tasted like they where frozen and then warmed up in a microwave… the steamed brocoli and cheese was cold… Also no cheese sauce but rather cheese sprinkles… my wife’s chicken tasted like it came out of a lean cuisine box… the worst part was the bill… I paid the same amount of money as if I where at Texas Roadhouse… oh yeah and when we ordered we notice that there were no sides on the menu so we asked our waitress where are the sides? She said that they weren’t listed on the menu and that she had them memorized… that is crazy!!! We should have just went to the outback steakhouse next door… This part you won’t believe… When we got home my mother in law not knowing where we went texted my wife and told her they had a bad experience at an Owasso restaurant. .anybody care to guess which restaurant… ding ding ding you guessed Applebees… Please do not think I am exaggerating you can’t make this stuff up… I wish we could get into integers because this place definitely doesn’t deserve one star

This server doesn’t think much about my ordering a hot toddy with rum, she doesn’t even have honey. So I said Irish coffee instead. Applebee’s simpler or appetite is ok, but I wanted a hot toddy dang it.

We waited 45 min for the hostess yo even take our names then she said it would be another 20 min we finally just got up an walked out this is ridiculous I have never been treated so rudly at a restaurant!. an the onky reason you got one star is because it made me put one!!! If I could do negitive stars I would!!! Complete incompatence!

If I could give Zero stars, I would. Waited 30 minutes just to get our drinks. An hour and a half for our food. Probably saw our waiter 3 times the whole time. Terrible service. SLOW SLOW SLOW

Worst Applebee ever! Waited 30 minutes for half of our appetizers. …then the meal came out before our other appetizers. …no refills or check on us before they came with the bill… I recommend staying away from this place… there are other Applebee s in this town!!!

Worst place ever took 30 min get mozzarella sticks Service sucks don’t deserve a star

Horrible service — told the waiter twice when he took our order what we wanted for an appetizer which he promptly forgot. Nothing to recommend this place and the Red Roof Inn next door has dead bugs in the beds.
