Horrible… horrible…horrible. Service, food, management… absolutely horrible. No need to go into detail except for the fact that the food is not good and the service is suspect. Has really gone down hill… even from my last review… which wasn’t a big jump.

By far some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The restaurant it’s self is nice. But the food is sub par at best. I don’t know about you. But if I’m paying between $ 15.00-$ 20.00 a person. The food should be some of the best I have ever had and the portions are about half of what you would get from any other Chinese restaurant. Which to me would be fine if the food was amazing, but it wasn’t. I don’t really care how nice the restaurant looks if the food is terrible. I personally will never go there again. Take my advice and go find a hole in the wall place with amazing food instead. You will thank me later.

We celebrated my hubby’s birthday there last Saturday. It was wonderful as usual. The weather was perfect to sit in the patio. The food is always good there, no matter what you order. Great place for celebration or just casual lunch.

If Hubbie and I are in the midtown area and needing a snack, we usually wind up at the bar at PF Chang’s. One of our favorite ways to chase away the hungries is to share a few appetizers, along with a cocktail or a glass of wine. Old faves: crab wontons, chicken satays, and spring rolls. New favorite: butternut squash dumplings.

No brainer for quality food. Nice atmosphere and great service! Egg drop soup, lettuce wraps, chicken fried rice, King pao chicken, honey chicken, sesame chicken are all my favs!

There’s a chance i could give this place 4 stars, but they would have to drop their prices for that to happen. My wife and i went here for a Sunday lunch after what was for me, a grueling Route 66 half marathon. The menu is a fairly typical Asian fair, minus the 10 $ per plate price point. And truthfully, the quality doesn’t warrant this increase in price. Don’t get me wrong, the food is just fine. However, that’s all it is, just fine. The won ton soup is extremely average, my wife’s steamed plate with rice was totally boring. I know i know, if you want something with flair then order something better. i disagree though, if you put it on your menu then make it good! This dish had no taste at all. Asian food should not need to be fried to be good. I did like the fact you could get dim sum here, but the dim sum was actually just gyoza. That’s close, but not quite authentic dim sum. I also appreciate how the menu was loaded with vegetable, gluten free, and all sorts of other dishes someone other than me would be able to enjoy lol In general, this is Asian fast food with an unwarranted quality price tag on the menu. I actually don’t know if i would suggest returning, but i would eat there again with others.

When you have baby who likes to especially sleep in the car, you look for a magnitude of things to do from the car. Who knew you could get curbside service from PF C’s?! AND order online! It makes for one happy family. We had the beef lomein, spicy tuna roll and salmon. Everything was excellent and packaged well in our to-go order. Nothing skimped! My favorite was the salmon — it was fresh and cooked perfectly. There isn’t a designated parking spot for curbside service. Just pull up to the front of the restaurant and call when you’ve arrived!

Great food and service. A typical excellent PF Chang experience. Food is always delicious and consistent. We had chicken lettuce wrap starter and it was brought quickly, along with soup and drinks from the bar. Mongolian beef and Sweet Sour pork was really good and the kids loved their meals like always. ;) Great fast early dinner. Thank you!

Maybe it was what we ordered. Hubby & I had been in meetings all afternoon, we were tired, hungry & needed immediate gratification. It’s our ‘hood, so we popped by since we hadn’t been for some time.(but during relatively recent remodeling we made Pei Wei in Brookside our go to when the kitchen was torn up, challenging each other that we’d mix it up to try everything, every which way on their menu till it was exhausted. Need to go again and review) It was right at 5:00& we were surprised that so many groups were already there. Spread out, but populating. And as soon as we were seated, the place was inundated. By 630, no breathing room. A lot of men in baseball caps. I’m sure you tire of hearing about it, but when did this get to be okay? And eating in them! I know this is a chain, but didn’t it use to be a **little** more upscale? We discovered the 4 course Prix Fixe & went for it. There was a mistake in the beginning, it was like no one knew who was waiting what table. We had started with the lettuce wraps & while we were in the middle of enjoying them, another waiter tried to deliver our soup. No. We weren’t ready & you’re not our waiter. Saw him later waiting nearby tables. Our waitress arrived appropriately with our hot and sour soup. I agree with another reviewer that it was pretty. .. Tasteless. I added vinegar & hubby agreed that it helped.(I’m going to add a note here that you will no doubt find surprising. The best hot/sour soup we’ve ever had was at that«out east Tulsa» buffet called Panda Bear. Not even sure if it’s still there. But I’d go for that soup. If like back-in-the-day.) For entrées we ordered orange peel shrimp & Changs spicy chicken. Hubby was unhappy as «in the old days» before recession & everything going to hell, remember they use to arrive at your table with various sauces they’d mix to your liking? Back when, to me, it seemed more upscale. So he asked. And his wishes were fulfilled. Our waitress brought him the full array of accoutrements. And no one messes up Spicy Chicken, so he was fairly happy. I’d never had orange peel shrimp. But orange peel everything else I’ve had I’d liked. What arrived did not look like the pictures. The shrimp was rather bland. Wok fired? Hmmm. The fresh orange sets did not work for me. The shrimp did not look«fired in chili sauce» at all. One needed to hunt for the orange peel. BUT, when you could get a bite of shrimp & peel & some daikon(not much. I have one pix I’ll try to upload from a real computer to compare to their pix), it was awesome. I had a couple left-over bites next day for lunch & that was all I could handle. The booth next to us, arriving right behind us, was a young family. Guy in baseball cap & Kansas City Chiefs shirt, wife, baby & two toddlers. They had their hands full & I couldn’t help but notice they(he, in particular) kept anxiously looking for their– our waitress. Cute baby. Dessert choice was the wonton thing. Hubby ordered the raspberry chocolate & it was nothing short of a disaster. My notes say«melted something inside & drizzled with that sauce: ick». When our waitress had a moment, & I don’t know how she did, she was very informative. She said she also works in the kitchen & that everything’s made fresh everyday & what’s leftover is given to the food bank. Applause for that!

Very disappointing. Pad Thai was bland, sushi roll was tiny for $ 13, service started out OK then dropped off. I used to like PF Chang but with the new menu and changes I don’t plan to go back.

Great Asian food with very welcoming and competent service. The Beef a la Szechuan contains some incredibly tasty crispy beef! That said, everything is a bit overpriced with the average entrée ~$ 15 and even salads ~$ 13. Be prepared for a large family bill.

If you are looking for a great meal to impress that special someone(while not breaking your wallet) or just taking the Mrs. On a great night out this is your place. However if you like it quieter I’d suggest going during dinner hours. The lunch rush is a bit noisy and sometimes it seems the staff is overwhelmed however they still give top notch service. They are attentive and very polite. While it was hard for me to peel my gaze from the beautiful woman sitting in front of me. Once I did The appetizers came out in a timely manner and don’t disappoint the chicken wraps are a melody of chicken vegetables and crispy fried fluffed rice noodles that you wrap in a chilled iceberg leaf and the mild sauce it come with is just divine. The main course followed in a timely manner as not to impose on the appetizer. The food again nice and hot. The crisp vegetables noodle rice and shrimp of the Singapore noodle dish all cooked to perfection by the chefs here. Our daughter enjoyed her children’s fried rice(which I did have to take a bite) the rice was perfectly cooked it wasn’t soggy or under cooked like so many places do. It wasn’t over powering with soy sauce flavor and the chicken cut small enough that she could feed her self(she’s 3) while the wife and I indulged in conversation of the day. To me the experience in itself is enjoyable the music is upbeat and help to build to the atmosphere that is already quaint and enjoyable from the mural hanging over the bar to the Tera cotta statues standing guard at both ends of the Resturant. The lighting is great not too harsh on the eyes, mild lighting at dinner, they light the candles on the table and that helps to set the mood even more so with that oh so special person. Over all I give PF Changs a 5 out 5 star because everything was enjoyable for our night out even if the food is non traditional Chinese food and no I’m not meaning the buffets you stop around town and stuff your self on till you hurt but the real cuisine from that country that have tons of vegetable and herbs and very little meats. And enjoyed with friends and family.

Ordered the Sesame Chicken and Fried Rice. The Sesame Chicken tasted really good but came with a very small portion of steamed rice. The Fried Rice was okay but could use improvement. I’m from the San Francisco Bay Area so good Chinese food is common out there. When it comes to Chinese fried rice, I’m used to it being fluffy. This fried rice lacked flavor and was kind of sticky/clumpy. I’ve yet to find good fried rice in Oklahoma. :-(

My husband & I went there for happy hour & appetizers last night. We had a great experience sitting at the bar. We love the atmosphere here & go there often. The bartender/waiter put our order in, but somehow the kitchen forgot our ahi tuna w/avocado appetizer, so when i alerted the bartender, i just said we weren’t going to be able to eat it anyway, so just take it off the ticket for us. The manager came out, apologized, then gave us 2 free appetizer cards to return again, then the bartender removed my(delicious) dirty martini off the bill! What a surprise and so generous of them to do that. Of course we will return, not only because we love the food(we had the orange/ginger edamame, salt/pepper calamari & jicama(w/pork) street tacos – but also because of the fantastic customer service!. All of it was perfect and delivered quickly.

So it’s not 100% the real deal but it is more upscale dining and pretty decent prices. All that in mind I must admit that I enjoy it quite a bit. They have a nice setup. It can be a little loud and the lines are dinner are hit and miss. Some days you walk right in and get seated, other days you will be waiting an hour. The food has never disappointed, and the service is always attentive too. They have a full bar and they offer some unique things as well. Finding quinoa on the menu was a surprise, had just tried it for the first time recently and theirs was fantastic as well. Made for an interesting alternative to the usual brown or white rice that they serve as a side.

Really good for a chain restaurant. But let’s face it, the bar is pretty low when it comes to Asian restaurants as a whole. Great place for a large family style gathering /celebration.

Good food. The lettuce wraps and crab wonton are absolutely delicious. But they definitely are an overpriced establishment. The quality makes it slightly worth it but you do not get the quantity you should be.

I always enjoy going to P F Chang’s! The food is excellent and so is the service. One of my go-to favorites is the Mongolian Beef which I highly recommend. I’m really disappointed they discontinued my favorite dish which was the Wok Seared Lamb. I hope they bring it back! Great atmosphere and great for special occasions!

I really enjoyed the salad before dinner. It was refreshing. The Ginger Peach Tea awesome. We started our meal with crab wontons. They were delicious! For our main course, we both got Sweet-sour chicken. It was very good, but not outstanding. The wall of chocolate was very good, but way too much even for two people. Our server was not as efficient as I would have liked, but perhaps it was a bad day. Expect a large bill as this is not an inexpensive restaurant! Will I go back? Yes. And I will definitely try some other entrees. All in all, it was a good meal.

Only reason I came here with my family was because we had a gift card. If I actually had to PAY for this food? No. Good: — Server was attentive. — Nice ambiance. Bad: — Giving us dirty dishes. — The food. If you’re Asian, you know this isn’t real Chinese food. This is more like a stepping-stone-Chinese-food-restaurant for people who aren’t brave enough to have real Chinese food, but want to seem cultured and sophisticated in their food tastes. The hot and sour soup was disgusting. It tasted like thickened soy sauce soup. The brown rice was dry. If you want REAL Chinese food, go to local/non-chain restaurants like Mandarin Taste.

I have been to this location a few times since I have moved here. I have been to PF Changs multiple times in general at locations all over the country. I like the food here because its delicious and a good place to get chinese with people that is not take out. Only down part is that everything they make here is so high in calories it makes me die a little inside. When I was here for new years eve I knew it was going to be busy. That is why I made a reservation in advanced to ensure I would not have to wait and all my friends would be able to get what they wanted. I showed up 30 minutes before my reservation and ended up waiting an hour past my time I had scheduled. I mean I know it was a holiday, but if I am going to wait an hour or more I dont know why I would bother doing that. When we finally got to our table the manager did give us free appetizers for the table, but lettuce wraps can only fix the problem so much. The other times I have been here it was not as bad, which is why I keep coming back. The service normally is great and the food is always up to my standards. Just try to avoid going on holidays or weekends and if you do make a reservation. The last time I was here they had the new summer menu, and i tried something new. The asian chicken noodle soup was AMAZING! my favorite dish you can get and you dont feel completely like fat lard when you leave

Here’s the deal about P.F. Chang’s y’all. The food is nothing to write home about. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not not awful or anything! I just very much prefer other Asian non-chain restaurants, or cooking my own Asian style food at home. Every experience I’ve had at P.F. Chang’s has just been a tad underwhelming. They make it seem like a very fancy establishment, but it is really not even as good as your typical takeout Chinese. The one redeeming item that P.F. Changs has going for it is the lettuce wraps. They’re pretty yummy and always satisfying. But when I was living in my sorority house in college, my house mom’s lettuce wraps could definitely beat out P.F. Chang’s in a lettuce wrap battle. If you’re looking to have a nice night out, go to Flemmings. Not this subpar Asian chain.(PS Flemmings and P.F. Changs have the same owner! Who knew that the P.F. Stands for Paul Flemming?!? Crazy, I know. Especially since Flemmings is one million times better). If you’re looking for Americanized Asian good go to Pei Wei :)
