Seriously. If you have a menu, how about you be able to provide what is on that menu. Regardless of what time it is. Ridiculous. One star.

I ordered the black pepper chicken with white rice, and contrary to the rest of the reviews, it really was very good. It wasn’t 5 star on this visit, because I came a pretty close to closing, and the prepped chicken was slightly over marinated, and not the freshest possible. All in all though, for the price, it was a delicious bowl, and the gal in the drive thru was super sweet :)

I was excited when they opened because I enjoy them… and my first experience with this location was good… However it has gone down hill now as apparently the shine is off the new finish.
My last trip I experienced few people inside, lots of open tables, but none clean… Not good… but what was completely unacceptable was the food. I had string bean chicken as one of the entrees, but it was more like string beans with a random sliver of something… Literally I found 2 bits of what was supposed to be chicken. One was large enough to be identified as chicken the other looked like the bits of chicken that KFC would have tossed out for being too small for even their popcorn chicken. If I was a vegetarian I would have been fine, but I should have gotten some chicken.
Clearly the management of this place are either on vacation or simply don’t give a damn, the place will likely close in the not to distant future.

I’m tired of them screwing up my order in the drive through. Guess I’ll have to go inside and babysit while they make my order.

Terrible drive-​through service. Ordered 2 meals, had the order repeated back to me three times by the «voice» over the speaker, get to the window and paid for the order. They hand me the wrong order. A manager is called over because the guy at the window doesn’t understand anything at all that I’m saying to him. KC (manager) grills me up one side and down the other about what the meal looked like (asked me this several times), how many meals did we order (2), got the sides all wrong even after I repeated it several times.
They all looked at their line-​up of orders and ours was no where to be found. KC fired useless questions at me so fast that I finally gave up and asked for my money back. He said ok and voided the purchase price off my card. Didn’t give me a receipt for the void until I asked him for it and didn’t seem at all pleased that he had to give me a receipt for it.
Sorry that I couldn’t answer his worthless questions but it was the first time we had ever been to this location and the last. I described the food as best I could but he still acted as if I had skipped the line outside and cut my vehicle in front of somebody — the order wasn’t in their line-​up so I MUST not have ordered at all. Terrible service.

Obviously no manager… kids running over each other… tables were dirty inside AND out. Many unhappy customers not just me. Served Whole aparagus down to the hard (tree limb) end. Normally good to bad! To May kids running the restaurant no adults.

I cannot voice the same enthusiasm for this restaurant chain. I’ve tried 3 different locations and each time I came away disappointed.
Food quality is poor and tends to overcooked. I will not go back to any of them. Happy House just south of this location is better.
As an aside, they really missed the boat with the design of their new buildings… they should have shaped them like a giant cardboard take-​out container… metal handle on top too!

So, I’m working out at my gym across the street and I get hungry… this happens on the regular and last time Friday night I came here to eat my workout.
It’s true — I’m a fan of this new location. Why? They make stuff fresh and I experienced this first hand when I was told I had to wait a little bit extra for beef and broccoli. Then, the taste verified. Orange chicken and the chow mein also totally rocked.
The ‘side’ plus two entrees is massive and I always tell myself I’ll save half for my next meal… oops.
