We contacted Rain Guard of Tulsa after seeing their offer on Angie’s List. After a consultation with their salesman, we agreed to replace several of the gutters and down spouts. The installation crew installed the gutters correctly and they looked great. However, the down spouts were a different story. Two of the down spouts installed were not flush with the side of the house. Another down spout did not even have an elbow installed to replace the old one, instead, just a flat piece of down spout leading to our French drain. To make matters worse, the installation crew left several scratches on our molded plastic deck which cannot be sanded out. When alerted of the issues regarding the installation, Rain Guard was initially apologetic and stated they would be out the next day(which was a Friday) to address the issues. No one showed up until after the weekend. So while the job was done properly(eventually), it was quite the hassle and left irreparable damage to our deck(which they never bothered to address).
