I love Ruby Tuesdays for their great salad bar. I was passing through town and stopped here. I was well pleased! Service & food were great!

There are definitely some quality control issues at this location. Had two bad experiences here. The first time, I ordered some artichoke dip to go. I picked it up at the bar and opened it to check the contents. The bartender saw the scant dozen chips and asked if I’d like more. I agreed I’d need more and she commented that for nine dollars I should definitely get more. At the hotel I realized that whatever could go wrong with artichoke dip had probably gone wrong with this one. It was bland and just not good. Tonight I remembered how much I had enjoyed the ribs and shrimp at another location a few months back, so I ordered some for pickup. I checked the contents and thought that the ribs didn’t look quite as good as I remembered, and they were quite small — five little ribs — I picked up a cheeseburger at McDonald’s to make sure I wouldn’t still be hungry later. At the hotel I began eating the meager ribs and realized they were dry and chewy, and the fries were stale. I couldn’t let it slide this time. I called the restaurant and the manager said they’d replace the ribs and fries, but asked me to bring in the ribs so he could see them. I told him I’d already eaten about half, three ribs, but ok. When I came in he opened the box and rather than apologize he made a rude remark about me eating most of the ribs. I told him it wasn’t worth my time to run a scheme to get a few extra ribs and I’d rather they were done right the first time and I’d much rather be in my room finishing my meal than here. Anyway, I knew I wasn’t being picky when the new ribs were completely different than the first; they were bigger, better seasoned, moist and what I was expecting the first time. I can’t believe they would allow substandard food to leave their kitchen in the first place. This location has issues and I suspect it starts at the top

Exactly what I had in mind, a fresh Garden Bar, a well-priced Hickory Salmon(outstanding) and a friendly staff. Will return.

I’m sitting in the parking lot of this restaurant as I type this. I stood inside for 10 minutes waiting to be seated, while four different employees looked at me and walked away. There was a person standing at the salad bar getting a meal there were two other tables, outside of that the restaurant was empty. I do not understand how anyone could just ignore customers, when there are that few people inside. I will never return. Looks like I will be taking my money next door

This place was sub par in every way. The service was poor and unenthusiastic. The food wasn’t much better as the bottom of my chicken sandwich sat in a pool of water(or oil from French fries??). It became uneatable about half through the meal as everything fell apart. I think this specific franchise relies solely on travelers from the nearby Hotels and thus, are not worried about repeat business. I would really avoid this place, despite the fact that it might be in close walking distance from your room.

Extremely disappointing. The cheddar biscuits were hard as rocks. My husband’s mini sliders were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. We had to argue that they were supposed to come with fries, even though the menu clearly states that. The waitress was powerless and apologized more than once for being unable to fix it. We asked for the manager and he finally brought out a replacement. By that time, we were ready to go.

My mom and I stopped in on a Friday night and the hostess seated us quickly. She was very friendly to us. The waiter shortly greeted us and was very, very nice! We placed our order, and then our appetizer came pretty quick. We got the shrimp fondue and when we tried it was sort of warm, basically cold… So we sent it back and the waiter apologized. It tasted really frozen and reheated and was also weird and congealed towards the bottom of the bowl. We got our entrees and they were just… not good. The salad bar was very good though. We didn’t bother with sending the entrée back or anything. I regret going there. Even the entrees were frozen and just plain gross tasting. 2 Stars because the service and the salad bar was great.

Had a great experience here while passing through Tulsa. Our server was fantastic. He really made the experience. The food was great, especially the salad bar. It was never empty and always fresh. I will return if I’m ever in the area again!

It is the only one in Oklahoma. It is great! My waitress is great! Great service! Great food! My waitress hooked me up with free sweet potatoes. The best!

I’ve always loved the salad bar because of the extensive selection. I haven’t eaten here in a while & found that there were many changes & not for the good. The selection on the salad bar was very limited. The prices have increased greatly. The service wasn’t the greatest & most importantly the cook didn’t know the did difference between medium, rare & medium well. I know I will find somewhere else to eat when Ruby Tuesday comes to mind.

Good food and service. That’s really all I can ask from a restaurant. I was a little worried due to reviews on here but I enjoyed my visit.

Worst service EVER at any Ruby Tuesday’s I have ever been to. Waitress was completely inattentive and when I asked about which soups they were serving today, you would have thought I asked her to recite excerpts from the Constitution! Not one time did she ask me if I needed a refill of my drink — NOTONE! When my meal was finished, She brought the check over and never inquired if I wanted dessert– OR A REFILLONMYDRINK! She dropped off my check when she brought the table next to me(another lonely dude like myself eating alone) yet she came and only took his, when mine was clearly sitting on the table with my credit card hanging out the top… thank you Casey for the worst experience ever! Oh — no thank you — I DON’T NEED A REFILL!

I have come to Ruby Tuesday’s twice now for lunch and have been both impressed and let down. My wife and I have shared the same appetizer and it has been delicious. We found that it almost filled us up. The first time we ordered entrees as well I enjoyed the chicken buffalo burger which honestly the best part was the bun(the bun was really good I know it sounds crazy). My wife really enjoyed her meal but I can’t remember what she ate. The only issue we had was our inattentive waiter who we could hear around the corner talking about what he was going to do over the weekend and how he planned to party. So instead of my drink being refilled, waiting 15 minutes for my check, and just leaving after he said he was going to go get to go drinks for us we just left. Our second visit was much better our food once again was really good we ordered two appetizers be careful the queso is a little spicy I loved it personally. Our waitress was much better than the last time. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others. I really want to try a burger next time.

You can count on Ruby Tuesday for a few things. First consistently provides food at the same caliper though out the country. Sometime you just want to order food knowing how it will taste. Let’s not forget a bar within walking distance to the hotel. Not a five start place but it’s a solid 4 stars for those who have had to much experimental foods.

On my most recent visit, the spaghetti squash dish is no longer being served. It’s off the menu completely. They were able to make me an approximation of the dish, I was ordered 2 sides of spaghetti squash, one side of zucchini and a side of red sauce. This approximation was ok. It was missing the onions and spices of the actual dish but, it was a fair meal. I don’t know how much this ran to as my family paid, refusing to let me, even despite my protestations and entreaties to see how much this Frankenstein entrée ran. For vegans, it’s still better than most other corporate chains in town. But an Amy’s frozen meal is now preferable.

I’ve only heard bad things about Ruby Tuesday’s, so I never had a real desire to eat here. It wasn’t until I was with a friend, who suggested we eat here, that I actually came. I got the spicy jalepeno pretzel cheeseburger. The actual burger wasn’t bad. It was actually cooked the way I wanted it(medium) and was juicy. The sauce made it really messy, though, and the pretzel bun was a bit chewier than I like my hamburger buns to be. I was really craving a spicy burger. Despite the name, this was not it. Fries were okay. Nothing amazing. They weren’t as hot as I would’ve liked. Service was eh. We came at 2pm, so there weren’t many tables(maybe 3, including us) and service was still slow.

Ordered an appetizer of the tempura fried green beans. Arrived hot, but not very many. Bit on the slim side for a six dollar appetizer. Not much value here. Service is above par, but should add that it isn’t that busy tonight. I’ve eaten here several times. They cater to the many hotels in the area. Better than most, but not a destination restaurant.

After a long drive from the sparsely-populated West Texas, by the time we settled in at the hotel and looked at our dining options, this Ruby Tuesdays was a welcome bastion of modern civilization. We enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar while waiting for food. The five dudes in mossy oak and OK sports team hats drove home the fact that we were still in Oklahoma, but other than that it was indistinguishable from any other Ruby Tuesdays in the US. Food was decent, as was service. Overall, I just really liked this place because after almost two days of one-pump gas stations, taco shacks, and desolate dust-town amenities, it was nice to get treated to the glossy, corporate dining experience to soothe the nerves.

Better than the other American Fare chain restaurants. Even though I feel like America has way to many chain restaurants, Ruby Tuesday takes it up a notch and does a great job in feeding you some good, not to salty, but a little to salty food. There is quite a few generic things on the menu, but the real kicker is the unlimited Salad bar. The décor is nice, the restaurant is clean, and the wait staff was awesome. I would come here more often especially when I don’t have any other options. To bad there aren’t any Ruby tuesday’s on the West Coast.

Went here when I was in Tulsa for business and I was a little disappointed with it. It’s a nice restaurant, with a great salad bar, but that’s as far as I’ll go into it. Here’s the breakdown. Ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for a starter and it came out ice cold in the middle, but since my server had disappeared into Narnia my friend had to actually get up and walk over to the bartender to ask if someone could come check on our table. By the time someone actually came to check on us our original waiter was arriving with our main courses. We just told them to take it off the bill since we couldnt even eat it. Then I had ordered the herb crusted tilapia with creamy mashed cauliflour and the white cheddar mashed potatoes. The tilapia was by far the highlight of the meal and I wish I had been given more than five bites of the fish. The cauliflour was completely flavorless, and although the mashed potatoes at least tasted pretty good, I didn’t taste white cheddar at all. Since we were both still hungry as the meal was less than exciting(and definitely not filling) we finished with a cheesecake which was great! But honestly, how hard is it to defrost a cheesecake and drizzle fruit topping over it? Very much not impressed, and I probably won’t visit another one no matter where I’m traveling.
