Spoke House Bicycles

Zach at Spoke House Bicycles is a genuine bike-​store owner who understands customer service. I am able to utilize both stores (Broken Arrow and Downtown Tulsa) based on where I am riding that day! I had a major dérailleur issue last month and the tech was able to fix it in 20 minutes with some parts, lubrication and the knowledge to fix it right. I bought my Kuat Rack there and love it! It is so much easier transporting my bike when I need to. Solid 5 stars.

Absolutely the only place I will go for anything bicycle’s. I’m an avid Amazon shopper but try to buy local as much as I can. This place is perfect… great selection and fair prices. AND what’s even better is they know their stuff, make recommendations, and still avoid coming across as pushy sales people. I got the Unilocal app to leave this review… that is how impressed I am of this place.

The wrenches at this spot are very helpful. They possess a great deal of knowledge about bikes but do not condescend or interact with me, or any customers I’ve seen, with any pretension. I’ve never felt out of place or been made to feel like a noob at this store. I purchased my Ultegra drive train from them and was very happy with the price and the installation. I had a bike fit done there that immediately rewarded me with greater comfort and performance results (as tracked by Garmin). They don’t have a lot of gear but what they do have is quality stuff. The store is located very close to Riverside and the Midland Valley Trail. The ability to rent bikes from this location would prove handy, should one wish to ride along the river or the trail systems that stem or intersect with that.
