Don’t believe any of bad reviews. This place is a gem and so are the owners. They have(or have had) everything and if you’re will to take the time you get excellent conversation and the chance to check out some truly unique photography to boot. The location is good for midtown or the bike trail.

Worst customer service out of all the bike shops in town. Really? You refuse to sell me a tube for my kids off brand bike w a flat(because it came from target)? I’m sure I’m not the only parent that’s kids have one. The bike shop on 15th was happy to help me and gave the bike a tune up also… with a smile and hand shake.

Summary: quality builds, watch out for weird hours, negotiate with him(G. Oscar) on prices G. Oscar had an old frame that fit me and built it to my liking(single speed w/a coaster brake). If you go here you’ll get a quality build and have the peace of mind in knowing that it was done the right way, but you do pay for it. I would suggest trying to negotiate the price down by 20%, because I have a feeling the markup for used bikes in his shop is pretty dang high. Like someone else said, the store hours are kind of a pain in the butt. I had to leave work early and rush over there to get there before 5pm.

Absolutely insane prices on vintage bikes. Skip this store, find an old bike yourself, and have it fixed at a bike shop: You’ll spend about half as much.

Cool store, but it was disappointing to hear it referred to as the«go-to place in Tulsa for used bike parts» when you can’t actually walk into this place and ask for a specific part. They just have them scattered around and hanging on walls. It is a large building, looks like it was once a residence, but the actual«store» part is relatively tiny and filled with vintage bikes. They have a lot of nice used bicycles, priced fair to high, but it just wasn’t what we were looking for. More«finished» and/or project quality, complete used bikes and no selection to speak of for helmets and used parts. Probably a very cool store if it suits your needs, though. There was one friendly-enough younger guy working along with a surly older couple who made snarky remarks about an enthusiastic customer after he left(not so cool). They do have a fabulous location, right on the edge of downtown but with plentiful free parking in their lot.

Best bike shop in Tulsa! They have all sorts of old/used bikes and parts. Unless you’re a competitive cyclist, it just makes sense to come to G Oscar and get awesome used bikes and parts for much less than the regular bike stores charge. For someone like me, who takes pride in never buying anything new for my bike, this place is a goldmine. I got a nice rear rack that looks just like the new ones in stores for half the price. They also have a nice selection of supplies for fixed-gear bikes.

Can’t say what the inside of the shop looks like. Its just crappy when you drive all the way to a store on a Saturday afternoon to realize they closed at 3pm(its 3:15pm) and even though there is someone inside & someone outside working on someone elses bikes, they sent us away to come back on Tuesday. I just wanted to take a look to see what they have! They close 5pm during the week, Im not about to take time off work just to find out what bikes they have in their shop. ‘ Oh well, lost a potential customer here!
