This is one of the best Sprint stores I have visited. We needed get my mom’s phone looked at. Her SD card was not responding. We were greeted promptly and our name was put on a wait list. The young man told us 10 to 15 minutes. Of course, there is going to be a wait, these stores are always busy, so expect to wait. Somewhat surprising, there were not many place to wait, but, we found two seats. It would be nice to have some more seating. Also, it was somewhat annoying that the staff was messing around and sending one person to get drinks from Sonic, when the store was packed. After about 10 minutes, our name was called and we described the problem. The technician took a look, and just as we suspected, the SD card was broken. We bought the new card for $ 25 and he installed it before we left. This wasn’t the worst experience, but I try to avoid phone stores. We got in and out within an hour and our problem was solved. If you have to go to the Sprint store, this is the one to go to.

This place is an utter nightmare. The waits are always interminable, the staff is unhelpful and hostile, and the store set-up is completely inefficient. Try an other Sprint store before consigning yourself to this circle of hell.
