I stopped in for a quick hair trim. It was definitely quick, but the service wasn’t wonderful. I wasn’t greeted upon entering. After looking at the workers they finally asked if I wanted a haircut and said they’d put me down. All I wanted was a trim and my bangs cut and she did a fine job, but wasn’t super friendly.

There is power in Unilocal.I go contacted by the manager of this Supercuts asking me to give them another chance and that they used my review to better their service. That means a lot to me, and while I stand behind my initial experience, it’s nice to know that they think of me as a customer and not just an a-hole Unilocal reviewer. I’m sure I’ll give them another chance in the near future.
